Change of energy supplier
Having recently taken repossession of our office property from an outgoing tenant, we inherited SSE as our gas and electric supplier. I found SSE less than helpful in trying to agree a reduced tariff from the standard variable rate they temporarily put us on.
I contacted Fusion For Business to see if they could broker a deal.
I spoke with Mark Steer, and he swiftly organised matters by finding alternative quotations for me. The whole matter was all sorted out and agreed in hours, and I am delighted with the very competitive rates he got for me.
Thanks go to Mark for the speedy responses and the professionalism in the way he conducted matters. I can heartily recommend FFB and in particular Mark to anyone seeking an alternative supplier.

Having recently moved office there was confusion as to who was supplying the electricity. Ethan was very helpful in sorting out the confusion and arranging an alternative and cheaper supply. He was friendly and polite and went out of his way to be helpful. What started out as a fraught experience ended up being most satisfactory.

Do not go near them we are a small local football club run by volunteers, after some slick sales we were persuaded. When we were prevented from switching by circumstances beyond our control they have appointed a third party to harass and hound us.

It’s disappointing to see this review and 1 star rating.
We have 100s of very satisfied sports clubs at all levels saving substantial money and offering best in class service.
Your current supplier prevented the switch due to a duplicate contract being signed which unfortunately was a breach of contract leading to costs and breach of FFB's Terms & Conditions. This was made aware to you at point of services being offered. Unfortunately, this is nothing to do with FFB and has been done internally by the club.
Any non-go live contracts which are legally binding are past to our legal team to claim costs occurred.
