Do not go near them we are a small local football club run by volunteers, after some slick sales we were persuaded. When we were prevented from switching by circumstances beyond our control they have appointed a third party to harass and hound us.

It’s disappointing to see this review and 1 star rating.
We have 100s of very satisfied sports clubs at all levels saving substantial money and offering best in class service.
Your current supplier prevented the switch due to a duplicate contract being signed which unfortunately was a breach of contract leading to costs and breach of FFB's Terms & Conditions. This was made aware to you at point of services being offered. Unfortunately, this is nothing to do with FFB and has been done internally by the club.
Any non-go live contracts which are legally binding are past to our legal team to claim costs occurred.

I approached this company and two others to get me quotes. Fusion was leagues ahead of others because they were haggling and pushing contacts rather than just reading from a price comparison they had in front of them. For the best results give them at least a week, don't dump it on them right at the last moment like I did. Since then I have learnt to trust their judgement and I'm glad to have them on my side to be honest.

This is the second time we have used…
This is the second time we have used Fusion. The first time was to lock in great electricity rates ti 2027. The second time was to hedge future increases by locking in rates with a different supplier until 2030. Lewis did a great job both times.

It’s always a pleasure to give a review when you receive service from a company that goes that bit beyond expectations.
That’s the case with Fusion for Business and their representative Steven Sibula. From the outset and first telephone call Steven dealt with my enquiry in a very professional and timely way. Within a matter of two days Letters of Authority had been sorted, quotes received and explained as required. Contracts with the chosen supplier have now been agreed and paperwork received.
A seamless process that was miles ahead of a previous power utilities brokerage used.
Fusions USP was Steven taking the time to call me whereas others simply de personalised the process by relying on messaging or emails.

Mark was amazing
Mark was amazing! We have been with SSE for our business for the last 4 years and they kept getting our bills wrong and then sending large bills without explaining how the prices increased etc. after speaking to Mark about the this he found amazing energy company with amazing prices saving us over £1k on our energy payments. His customer service outstanding.
