£12k saving
We worked with FFB previously. Another broker then approached us and promised us better savings on our contracts. We agreed to move with their recommendation. To say it was a mistake is an understatement. We ended up paying more than we needed to and the overall service was poor. Being a charitable organisation this is stress we could certainly have done without.
Lesson learned and we went back to FFB at the earliest convenience. They saved us over 12k which is remarkable.
Can’t recommend enough to all other UK charities and businesses. FFB will certainly our first point of contact whenever we require help and advice with our utilities.

I would give this company no stars
I would give this company no stars if possible! Chris Race offered us a contract with EDF, that we had already been offered direct anyway, at 1p per kWh more than EDF quoted as he said he would handle any problems, look after us and save us money in the long run.
Of the emails to EDF (hundreds because of the problems we have had with them) that Chris has been copied in on he has answered precisely 8 with no result on any of them. We actually had to chase him for responses as well, and the last e-mail from him was in early December last year. Fusion have so far earned over £10k on our supplies from August to April, that we could have saved, for doing virtually nothing!
Avoid like the plague

Really good service from Thomas Handley. He was clear and concise on the process and met my many questions professionally and quickly. The contract is cheaper than the one I have been on for 2 years and they also beat another quote. Recommended particularly for small businesses who don't have time to deal with things like this.
