Our Business Energy Services were due for renewal and the services from our current supplier had increased significantly. I started looking into new suppliers online and come across Fusion, i received a call back from Ethan Stuart, who i must say was very patient with the amount of times i had to re-schedule the call ! I finally got to speak to him and sent all the details of the current contracts over and he comes back with some really good deals of which he explained the pros and cons of all of them. The deal i went for i actually asked what the catch was and there wasnt one. Thank You Ethan Myself and the Directors are soo happy with the saving :)

Helped in our hour of need
We had a last minute emergency and needed a meeting fitting urgently. Graham jumped on the issue pre-office hours and got the metre delivered early.
Throughout the process Graham was very responsive and could not have been more helpful.

An absolute lifesaver – Harrison went above and beyond!
I can’t express enough how grateful I am for everything Harrison has done for me. I was caught in a really stressful situation after being mis-sold an energy contract, and from the very beginning, Harrison was there: calm, kind, and completely in control. He went above and beyond to help me get out of that nightmare. He was almost always available, replied to my emails quickly and clearly, and even called me regularly just to check in. That kind of support is so rare. He took the time to explain everything to me step by step, contacted suppliers on my behalf, and fought my corner until the contract was cancelled.
I felt completely looked after and supported through the whole process. If you’re looking for a broker who actually cares and knows what they’re doing, Harrison is the one. I’m beyond thankful, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him. Thank you so, so much, Harrison, you really made all the difference!
