I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company , They will tell you nothing but lies to get you to sign up with them then once you do that's it !! No help at all , oh they will tell you they will look into a problem but its LIES!! LIES!! LIES! . Can't wait for my contract to be up with them.

Returning customer
As a returning customer, I expected the same high level of service I received previously, but my recent experience exceeded those expectations and made me feel truly valued.
My representative, George, was efficient, friendly, and highly professional. His clear communication and expertise made the process seamless, which was especially helpful given my tight schedule. He provided insightful, up-to-date information on the energy market and presented quotes tailored to our needs, allowing us to choose a contract that will save our small business hundreds of pounds.
Following the contract signing, we encountered a few issues while my newly appointed account manager was unavailable. I reached out to George again, and he went the extra mile to resolve everything before the festive break. When I later spoke with my account manager, they were fully updated on the progress, which is a testament to your excellent internal communication.
I cannot speak highly enough of George and would certainly recommend their services to others.

Should rename Confusion for Business
They are great and finding you a deal with a supplier but once you have signed up there service is zero. We are a small club and were signed up via FfB with British Gas on a 3 year contract in August 2024. In Feb 2025 we had solar panels installed and applied via FfB for a SEG account with British Gas. Nothing happened as a change in personnel meant that our application was lost. Emails and phone calls were unanswered. Eventually in October2025 we managed to get hold of Chris Race who was full of promises, assurances but no results. Even then we were continually chasing up by email and phone calls. In the end we submitted a complaint to Lisa Harper who was more interested in protecting their company than resolving the problem. She became very personal and quite insulting. In the end we terminated our relationship with them and went direct to British Gas!

We would like to clarify that throughout your time with us, our team made every reasonable effort to assist with your SEG application and liaise with the supplier on your behalf. Unfortunately, elements of this process sit outside of our direct control and rely on the supplier’s internal procedures and response times, which can cause delays despite continued follow-ups from our side.
We are disappointed to hear your comments regarding our staff. Our team members are consistently professional, respectful, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients. We’re sorry that you felt this was not reflected in your experience, as it is never our intention to cause frustration or distress.
While we regret that you chose to terminate the relationship, we do respect your decision to work directly with the supplier and genuinely hope the matter is now resolved to your satisfaction. That said, we would like to reassure you that we remain willing to assist where possible, and should you wish to do so, our new Customer Care team is always available to offer support and guidance.

Outstanding Assistance
The assistance offered by Ethan was outstanding. From our initial conversation through to signing the contract his assistance and support was faultless. Great service
The main thing which made the full experience from start to finish easy was the staff you employ, Ethan, he explained everything to me perfect even sending over another contract as the price came down the next day !
