I did struggle with a few tech issues Jessica was very helpful and guided me step by step through the process. Requesting funding is always daunting, high street banks make it very hard and humiliating, Funding Circle on the other hand make the whole process a positive experience and get applications done fast . Terrible Customer Service - Rude, Brash Support Staff
I called up to ask a technical question and they decided to subsequently freeze my account. No payments missed. A tiny percent of the allowance used. They cannot say when this will be fixed and don't see any fault.
Generally a terrible, unreliable, untrustworthy, irritating experience.

Funding Circle has been absolutely great. I checked the market everywhere and they offered the cheapest quote by far, while also being the most helpful throughout the whole process.

Everything went smoothly and I received my funds within 24 hours. A special thank you to Todd Herbert, who was extremely helpful from start to finish and made everything very easy and stress-free.

I really appreciated the flexibility with repayments and the very competitive rates offered. The service was professional, fast, and straightforward the entire way through.

The communication from the start of my application to the end was very prompt and helpful but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the outcome.

How can you promote a product to help small businesses when you charge £15k on top of a £20k loan which in turn is to build that business to eventually making a profit.

Needless to say I opted out of the loan and would advise you do the same with these ridiculous and unrealistic returns.

Reduce your profit returns and you may increase your borrowing which in turn would get you the same margins.

Borrow £20k and pay back £35k over 5 years is laughable and an insult.
