I placed an order right before Christmas for a drone and a bunch of accessories. I needed assistance with the accessories so I called customer service. I spoke with a very helpful representative who answered all of my questions and created a nice bundle pack for me at a VERY competitive price. I shopped around and could not find a better deal anywhere. Shipping was free and I got my stuff in 2 days! I will definitely do business with Fumfie again and I highly recommend them for all your digital, photo, accessories, and gadget needs.

Order was placed on 11/29/18 assuming the item was in-stock and ready for shipment. I was contacted by Fumfie the following week that the color I ordered was out-of-stock and asked if I would accept a different color and I agreed and the person from Fumie said the item would be shipped that day. It never was shipped so I contacted Fumie again on 12/10/18 and the representative said I would have the item by 12/14/18. I called 12/13/18 since I hadn't received a tracking email and the item still hadn't been shipped and the Fumfie representative said he would contact the warehouse and rectify the issue. It is 12/17/18 and still no response or shipment from Fumfie.

Few years back we were going to Turkey for two weeks vacation to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The camera I had was very good quality but bulky (Nikon). As I and my wife have aged, I was not interested to carry that bulky camera ( though it takes excellent pictures). We still wanted good quality pictures for memory, I do not like photos taken with cell phone. I wanted to buy a good light weight small camera of around $1000 to carry in my trouser's pocket. We were short of time and I had difficulty to choose one, our friends were of no help.
I decided to call customers service of few on-line sellers and asked their recommendations. The way Fumfie.com representative (I do not remember his name now) explained me functions/ comparison of various cameras is beyond describing. His knowledge was commendable and he explained me the differences in a simple and logic way.
He did not pressure me towards any camera and asked me to take my time to think over and call back if interested to buy. I am a Professional Electrical Engineer and does understand the terminology. I made the decision then and there and ordered Sony DSC-RX100M4. The decision was correct ( credit goes your customer service rep.) and we were able to take excellent photos and videos.

I ordered the Nikon P900 camera, and a customer-service rep called to tell me I might want to order an extra long-life battery since the one that came with the package didn't last long. I did, and he was right!

I started check fumfie.com several years ago.
At the beginning, I though it's same as other 3 party resell with low reputation and low quality service.
With my experience these years, I found it's a real site for camera stuff.
Hopefully it can get better and better service and price in future.
