Fullscript has a great selection of supplements which I can count on, with reliable service. I recently had an issue with one of the supplements and Bron in customer support was very helpful, issued a refund very quickly. I will continue to rely on Fullscript for the majority of my supplements.

I found Jesus in customer support, I appreciate his calm and knowledgeable approach to my issue.

My experience was great because the agent was quick to recognize the challenge of the situation and make a decision to assure that my package arrived as close to on time as possible. This gave me a lot of relief and allow me to put this task to bed so that I could move on to other focuses.

My experience with CS has been timely, respectful, and went above and beyond for my satisfaction. I have never had issues with Emerson and this is the first time I had a double whammy on 2 orders. Meghan quicky resolved issue #1 easily; and though she did not have to, went above and beyond supporting missing items on order #2. She was thoughtful and supportive. Def 5 stars! -Debbie Rice

Jesus was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He was also patient with a clunky process (their system had some hiccups and I also had to sign in and update my account). We got everything worked out even though he had to call me back.

Rhiannon was very helpful and was able to answer my questions as well as send me an email to follow up. Great experience, even though the answer was not what I wanted to hear.

Bron was on it. He had a good understanding of the many products available and quickly found comparisons for me for the best on line shopping experience. The order was placed efficiently and accurately.

I placed an expedited order on August 5th prior to the same day shipping cut off listed on their website which explicitly states "Same-day shipping deadline
Orders placed before 3 PM local time Monday – Friday are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the deadline are completed the following business day.". It is now 24 hours later and my order has still not shipped, even though I paid for expedited shipping. Customer service was not helpful what so ever and insisted that my order could not be cancelled because "my order has been set with shipping" even though they could provide no tracking number or additional shipping information. I've shopped with Fullscript in the past but luckily haven't ever had any issues until. The poor customer service and deceptive language on their site will have me taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Jesus promptly emailed me to ensure the broken nasal spray I had reported was credited.
