Dealing with Howard at Fulllip is superb. Easy and incredibly helpful. Great service and advice and always willing to answer questions. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Disappointing
I thought £8.00 was expensive for delivery but I was prepared to pay that for the quality of the training dummies that were recommended by my dog training, however that has now increased to £13.40; ridiculous. There are other secure delivery companies that are a lot cheaper than using Fed EX. Delivery is only 50p cheaper than buying the training dummy in the first place. Definitely good value for money

Dear Gillian Smith , Interested to read your review, On review of the order which was placed in March , we noted that we fully refunded your shipping and provided you a response from FedEx themselves as to the reason for the delay . We are trying to find out where the additional £13.40 shipment has come from you mention in review. We now offer Royal Mail ( £4.87) FedEx( £8.51) and DHL (£ 15.20) as options for the customer to select.
Thank you again for review, which appreciate your feedback custom
