order didn't arrive & no refund issued
We order an item over 2 months ago, Frisson homes delivered it to the wrong addressed. chased and chased for a refund and I have had no response on emails nothing.

They only sent half of the order. Took ages to be dispatched. When i contacted about the missing item i got no help of reply! Would not recommend at all

The Kneeling Chair I ordered arrived faster than stated and was easy to put together. I'm enjoying using it.

Ordered a Crystal Oil diffuser and it arrived after 2 weeks with a note in saying that they couldn’t ship the oil (and giving a discount code for my next order as a solution), leaving it useless. No notification before shipping, no response from them, had to put in a PayPal claim. It’s also a very poor quality item, presumably from China as the box has lots of Chinese writing on the labels. Disappointing as it was for a Mother’s Day gift.

Don’t order from this company. The service is terrible, the items haven’t arrived and trying to contact them to sort it out, the London number is fake. They are being no help at all. Do not use or order from them. Seriously unimpressed & concerned about the money I have wasted.

This is an excellent product. Well designed and well finished. Bamboo is a hard wearing material ideal for the job.
It does exactly what I need whilst working at home. Highly recommended and good value.

Good. I like the design styles of Frisson. lighting design is the best, although it is a bit expensive, it is handmaded. worth it. lol

Ordered a huge blanket. As an internet based company I had never heard of I knew it was a risk. What actually arrived exceeded expectations. I thick, vibrant, quality item. Very pleased.

Awful delivery time and total lack of communication

Awful. Decided to buy two products from frisson for my wife. In the first instance delivery took a number of weeks, with no update or tracking. So much so I had to email them to ask where it was. (They did promptly reply). When the products turned up however I was so disappointed. The soap I bought (and paid a lot for) looked nothing like the image on the website, whilst the alpine diffuser set came without any guidance on what to do with it.

I reached out to frisson to request a returns / refund via the same Email from before and have received nothing in response. Even after chasing a few times.

All in all a pretty terrible experience and I would not recommend them at all

Frisson Home has appalling customer service. I ordered a chair in Jan 21 but was unable to assemble it because the incorrect amount of screws were supplied.I emailed the company numerous times to arrange a return, they barely answer them and when they did they were very unhelpful responses. One email did request a photo which I sent, but they never acknowledged the photo was received. It is now Mar 21 and the item is still boxed up at home waiting to be returned. The phone number supplied on their website, 07923 154228 goes straight to a voicemail, I've left numerous messages and have also text but not one callback from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I think it is incredibly offensive and absolutely vile to have compared a 300lb person to an actual elephant in your advert. And had I noticed it in time, I would never have purchased this product from you. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I placed my order 19 Jan. Still not received , no response from Frisson to my query email yesterday. Tracking says it has shipped but beyond that it says not trackable. Not happy with Frissonhome.

I ordered 2 oak resin lamps, they told me they was out of stock but I could have the a different model.

They arrived weren't what I was after so they refunded me my money,

Cant ask for a better service than that.

Really good customer service

Bought all our bedroom furniture from this company. All mostly are solid wood. Compared to other similar companies I found they are great value for money

Everything's great. My stuff arrived fast, as ordered and was of good quality. The prices are really competitive, but the goods are well-made.

I've been looking for unique styles and the products they've got are perfect for my place, and the prices are nice too. Time to get creative with my little place.
