Scam Scam Scam!!!! Stay Away and do not waste your money. Didn’t work for me or my partner we took chocolates and waited….. after 40 minutes still absolutely nothing… won’t be purchasing these again a real shame considering how much they cost - I have emailed them to see what can be done so fingers crossed they will consider some kind of recompensement
Also just to follow up if you are not satisfied with the product you have to return all 3 chocolates even if you just ate one, which is impossible if you actually tried their product so the return policy is futile
This is not only unfair but a complete scam and false advertisement from FRISK chocolate which clearly demonstrates that they are in knowledge that these products do not work. They are not willing to reimburse users who have tried and tested the product to see they could have bought a £2 bar of dark chocolate to have the exact same effect, which is nothing!
I wish I read the reviews before purchasing but don’t be fooled by marketing schemes on inst and TikTok
Ive seen 3 positive reviews which each say the exact same thing which sparked doubt that these reviews are not genuine.
Following from frisk chocolates reply I did email you to which you said you need to return all 3 chocolates… which obviously we can’t as 1 & 1/2 were eaten, but still not interested in ensuring customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favour and buy some chocolate buttons will do exactly the same

We were waiting for your review, as we know you were unhappy for the experience of the Chocolates interacting with medicine.
Like we said to you via email, we explicitly say on our website that if you have any underlying health problems, it is very important to discuss the use of Frisk with a healthcare professional.
It seems in this case, you did not. Which I'm afraid we cannot help with. Although we do hope you are feeling better!
Many things can interact badly with medicine, so doing due diligence is incredibly important, and we hope you can do so in future to avoid any potential problems.
I will finish it here with our FAQ that directly explains this.
3. Are the ingredients in Frisk Chocolate safe? Yes, we take your safety seriously. All the ingredients used in Frisk Chocolate are sourced from reputable suppliers, and our products are produced in a controlled environment following strict quality and safety standards. However, if you have any allergies or concerns, please review the ingredient list and consult with a healthcare professional before consumption.
We also explicitly say this within the packaging at the bottom of the ingredients list. So why you are understandably angry, I'm afraid we cannot do anything else than to wish you a great day.

I even looked at the reviews from their very own website and everyone gave them good reviews but they most be fake because almost everyone here has given them a bad review. SCAM. FRISK CHOCOLATES Don't mislead people on a product that doesn't work.

Disappointing experience…
I bought these as a gift for my husband and I as we were going to Paris for the weekend and honestly the taste was awful, the dark chocolate is so rich, if it’s your preference then it’s very good quality but not our personal preference, as far as experience we didn’t seem to see any effect, we waited 30 minutes and still nothing we had a laugh and giggle but was slightly disappointed since they’re not cheap…

SCAM - do not order
I ordered chocolates before reading the reviews and instantly tried to cancel after seeing then. I was too late so contacted them in order to return, chocolates weren't even opened. When I eventually did get the slip two post offices I went to the slip wouldn't scan. So I decided to just pay for next day delivery so it would get back in time for me to get my money back. Details were correct but Royal Mail hasn't been able to find anyone in the premises to recieve my parcel. So that'll be me outwith my 14 days after delivery and down £40 altogether or absolutely nothing. Seems like a scam to me do not order. ( PS all the 5 star reviews are fake, generic 3 lines about a product never been tried)

Do not order from this company they have little to no respect for customers and horrible customer service. My order was over a week late and was never even shipped it turns out. After trying to contact them on six different occasions through two means on contact I heard nothing back until I requested a refund upon which my order was immediately cancelled so clearly is ignorance was choice. SCAM- read the reviews before buying
I ordered this product on 29/11/2024 and paid £2.95 for delivery as well as £24.99 for the product. I was promised that the product would be posted 48 hour Royal Mail as per what I paid for. However it’s now 12/12/24 and I haven’t received the product, and as per tracking the product hasn’t been posted or even processed.
I have sent x3 emails to the provided support email however as like most of the reviews on this page, no one has responded. Frisk say they promise to respond to your emails with in 24 hours and from responses they have posted on here say it’s very rare that this doesn’t happen but I can assure everyone they do not reply.
This product is a scam. It’s absolutely shameful that a company who advertise on social media and look official can scam hundreds of people out of a substantial amount of money.
I would appreciate a response from frisk chocolate and then be provided a full refund. I am going to give them until after the weekend and then I am taking the case further to trading standards. I suggest everyone in the same boat does just this.
