Outstanding Webasto water and Heater repair Install & Service from Neil FridgeFix ltd

I recently had a Webasto heating system fitted in my campervan by FridgeFix as ours broke , and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The heater itself is fantastic – powerful, efficient, and makes such a difference to comfort on the road.

What really stood out though was the customer service. The owner was absolutely brilliant from start to finish: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and he explained everything clearly so I knew exactly how to use and look after the system.

It’s rare these days to find a business that combines top-quality workmanship with such personal, caring service. I’d recommend FridgeFix Ltd

I have a fully equipped dog grooming van and the Webasto heater seemed to have stopped working.
Not only did Neil give me great and very detailed advice over the phone … but when I went to see him he was clearly very knowledgeable about the equipment fitted in my van and took the time to fully diagnose the issue and explain to me exactly what the problem was.
As it turned out the heater was actually working fine and the issue was something else on the van.
Because of Neil’s professional attitude and willingness to give great customer service he saved me the cost of replacing the heater by correctly diagnosing the reason for the fault and passing me on to someone he knew that could help me.
It’s not often you come across such a great attitude to giving customer satisfaction… and I absolutely recommend getting in touch with Neil if you have any problems. He won’t let you down.

Neil diagnosed and repaired our Webasto dual top Autotrail motorhome diesel heater when nobody else could. He is a very knowledgeable engineer and a thoroughly honest decent friendly bloke. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and using his services again. 5 big stars *****

Absolutely fantastic service. Neil was sent by Webasto head office to repair our Evo 8 dual top heater which was still under guarantee. His knowledge was impressive and he quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty part. Communication was excellent throughout. Neil is very personable and professional and he even took the time to leave his work area spotlessly clean. He clearly puts the quality of his service above all else which is refreshing and reassuring. Very highly recommended.
