I'm delighted with my two Scarfs, purple and green, love the colours and keeps me warm through the winter

I ordered two scarves from this company. I am very pleased with my purchase and delivery. The scarves are good quality and lovely colours. They are perfect for cold weather and very versatile. I'm very happy with both my scarves.

Recieved the soft green one yesterday as birthday gift and I love it!! Cosy and soft. Looks good over something tight fitting and I love the versatile uses as shown in video.

I had ordered 2 scarfs on black Friday sale. One of the items had gone out of stock and the customer service I have received has been top notch I was offered a different colour or a refund and the communication even out of working hours was above and beyond I havent received the scarves yet as only just ordered but if the customer service is anything to go by I'm sure it will be great.

I ordered 2 scarves as gifts before I visited trust pilot, the reviews made me doubt my purchase so I emailed to cancel shortly after purchasing. (outside of office hours) Although I can't comment on the quality I did receive an email response first thing the next day confirming my order had been cancelled and refunded and the credit has already been processes to PayPal including the shipping cost. I would dearly love to to see one of the scarves so I could be confident in a future purchase as I love the concept but just couldn't take the risk when it was gifts and any return costs would need to be covered by me.

Don't bother with these. They are very difficult to get to look anything like the models in the photos. I returned mine and they've refused to refund because the tag had fallen off yet was included in with the return. Well done for getting nearly £30 out of me for nothing. I don't even want the scarf back (as offered if I paid postage again) because I wouldn't foist the item on anyone, even as a gift. I feel wholly cheated by a company that I had seen the adverts and felt like it was an aspirational purchase. The reality was far from the image on the screen (quality and size) and the customer service lacking.
I wish I'd visited trustpilot before buying...

Apart from being cheap and badly made- the customer service is appalling. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be disappointed and out of pocket.

Great idea but loose threads and looks poorly made. So disappointed.

It's very soft and looks nicely made. But as a plus size woman it just didn't work properly. Shame as it does seem a great idea.

Received my scarf and I’m so happy because it feel so soft and can be worn in different ways. Perfect for spring evenings.

My long awaited wrap arrived so disappointed not only had this been sent to someone before (had hairs in it and a large pull on the arm) it was crumpled, loose knit not finished off at the seams.

Super happy with my new scarf. Love wearing it and if Im indoors I can just slip my arms in, its so cosy.

Great idea until you turn around and get a lumpy folded back. Tried all the variations, too much hassle to get it right, feels lumpy and twisted. Not easy to arrange, I am small, size 8, didn't work for me

I really loved the idea of these scarves.. Sadly, the sizing isn't great. I'm 6'3 and there just isn't enough material to wear it like in the pics/vids on their social media. My average height, plus size friend tried one on and again, just not enough material for it to work.
I'd say these would only really work on shorter women no bigger than a size 12/14. If you're tall and/or plus sized, this probably won't work for you.

I did email the company about this issue and they did acknowledge that larger sizes are needed. They told me they're currently working on scarves with 20-30cm extra on the length. So, I look forward to trying these longer scarves and will update my review accordingly 🙂

Do not buy. Poor quality scarf and the kicker is that you have to pay to return their tat. Was supposed to be for a Christmas gift, but I would be embarrassed to give that to someone as a present. Unless you're a size 12 or less, you're not going to be able to wear it all the ways they show you on the website. The edges of the scarf were all wavy as it hadn't been stretched properly as it was being made. The clear branded envelope that it came in was open and the scarf was hanging out when I opened the parcel. Clearly there's no quality control when it comes to packaging. Scarf looks cheap and it's definitely not super soft as it says on their website. I got it in a Black Friday deal and even with the 40% off, it was expensive for what it was. Can't believe they have the audacity to charge £45 full price for mass produced rubbish.

Nice quality, not as thick as expected, also quite small and not as easy as it's made to seem to do all the fancy styles. I got mine refunded but you don't get the shipping money back, or free returns, so I'm still £8 out of pocket...

The scarf was really small so I returned it straight away. I've still not had a refund weeks later and no response from them.

I love my new scarf. The colour is amazing, quality is superb and I get lots of compliments when I wear it. I need to order another one in different colour. Packed beautifully, quick delivery and amazing customer service. Fully recommend!
