So I was expecting 6kg of rump steaks as seen on the add total scam. I got 6kg of scrap pieces not one decent steak. On the add it said cut into 200 to 250g steaks.also on the add there was 22 steaks cut from 3kg. I got 28 pieces of crab. DO NOT BUY .

Received my 2nd order today. Must say the box was secure and chilled. The meat arrived in tip top condition. Just had a lamb boneless steak for my tea, absolutely beautiful. So far, so good with this company. My go to place for my meat...

Sadly not a great experience with this company.
My order was left out in 28 ° sun despite asking the courier to deliver to our neighbour. They even had the option to put it under a covered porch but chose instead to just leave it by a side door. By the time the parcel was retrieved, the meat was out of temp and had to be thrown away.
I appreciate this is a delivery issue but after contacting customer service twice and not receiving a reply, it has become a fresh meat pack issue.

Amazing. Well packaged. Only problem was driver left at the door without knocking. Not your problem though. Fresh meat.

Send what you said you would and be more careful with you packing and make sure the meat arrives still cold not warm and off and send to the right address

Very pleased with my order it took a little longer than expected and an item was missing from the pack. I reached through what’s app got an immediate response and my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction with a replacement and a gesture of goodwill. I will definitely use them again

I’m not one to write many reviews but credit where credit is due these rump steaks I bought are absolutely delicious. Was a bit sceptical buying 6kg all at once but were very happy! The sizes are great. Thick, juicy and tender. So much better than I have ever bought from supermarket. They are Restaurant quality but far cheaper and bigger. 5/5*

We had a couple of orders that we had no issues, but on the third one we experienced a problem. They have been very professional at handling but did not follow their own policy when things got wrong and eventually apologised for the mistake and subsequently said they have done nothing wrong even though the evidence was clear. I have lost the confidence on their services and won't be shopping from them again.

My second order arrived on time and in grate condision bacon ribs mince beef and minted lamb stakes the ribs taste as good as they did when I was a kid and the mince and stakes look lush can't wate to try them thanks fresh meet packs

This meat is suppose to be prime rump steak and it is full of fat . 110 for rump steak full of fat . Utterly ridiculous. I ordered 6 kg lean rump steak of another site absolutely beautiful. This is shocking I will never order again ridiculous

I placed an order 3 weeks in advance for a specific delivery. Paid weeks in advance but no delivery! Had to go to Marks and Spencer garage(I couldn’t wait for supermarket to open at 10am, my guests were arriving at 12) shop on a Sunday morning and buy over priced for my budget! Now I may have to wait 7 days for a refund. So not only was our weekend spoilt but I have paid out over £200. Terrible service with AI responses to enquires 😡

A really good value for money meat pack.
There were some different sizes of steak slices and we have managed to bag them separately, thin quick fry, nice thick pieces, some smaller thin slices were cut up for stir fries, have cut some into cubes for kebabs. The quality was very good with very little wastage. The only down side was the delivery driver rang the bell and left the box on the step. It was too heavy for me to lift so had to open the box and take the bags out separately then I put them back in the box until my husband got home.

I’ve used this company for months now. The meat is A1. Better than my local butchers.
Delivery is longer now than it was when I first started ordering due to demand I guess.
I had an issue with one of my first deliveries due to DPD leaving the box outside in 30 degrees heat. I contacted the company sent photos and the company replaced the order without any hassle. Overall, great company, great customer service.

My meat arrived on time and well protected. The contents full pork loins and sirloin are of excellent quality far superior than that sold by another online meat seller.

Advert says, order by 12 midday for next day delivery, I ordered on 5th, but receipt said delivery on 16th. I tried to message, email, WhatsApp, Facebook but no reply. Yes it did arrive today on 16th but 10 days too late. Won't bother with them again.

Produce is very good and prices are good,delivery let it down by only getting a message at 7am telling me that delivery would be between 8am and 9am,a bit early and was left on doorstep in sunshine at approx 8-10am!!

I’m a regular client & I can tell you their products are in very good quality.
