Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company . Jonas will tell you what you want to hear , just for him to get your sale and money . After you make a purchase , the shipping circumstances change . Plus don’t even think about asking them to match prices . They will go out of their way to sabotage the other company offering a lower price , thus forcing you in their corner . Then try to hit you with a bs credit card fee when no other company does that . I needed a product for a trip and gave Jonas the deadline . He said if I ordered it Sunday it will process and ship Monday . It never did it took two days to ship the item , which caused the delivery date to fall the following week because it shipped sorry drop shipped from California !!! Not Texas like he said it would , again another lie !!!! Because of his dishonesty , my trip in the end was canceled because I didn’t have the product I needed in time !!! I will never buy from you again , and will tell everyone to avoid going to you . He knew I needed on or before the 14th , didn’t care what he said and told me , just said it to get the sale , and ruined the other company who had the product cheaper . With the same delivery time . Which drop shipped , they didn’t even have the damn product in stock , had it been in their own warehouse they could’ve dictated which warehouse to send it from , but it was drop shipped from California which I said I didn’t want

Jonas you offered to cancel my order and charge me a damn fee !!! That’s not a refund!!!! What hell you need a fee for when it’s drop shipped and you do nothing on your end other than a few mouse clicks . further more , you over charged to begin with on the unit and decided to match ecoflows pricing when I pointed it out . What special pricing ?? Cut the nosense man , you only matched the price that ecoflow was selling it for , you didn’t go out of your way to give me a super discounted price at all, in fact you tried to upcharge me by using a credit fee as a excuse . Why am I filled with negative emotions ??? Becusse you are a liar!!! That’s why !!!

And it was personally on sale . It was on sale on ecoflows website for $999 all you did was match that every store aside from the one you sabotaged had it for $999 your company had it for $1030. You did nothing more !! So cut the cute act of being innocent and trying to make me look bad online . You are a liar !!!

And one more thing to point out what a liar you are , you said “upon receiving the tracking number you immediately reached out to offer a refund “ what a crock of nonsense that is . You never reached out to me , I reached out to you first . And furthermore you said nothing after I got the tracking number . You only offered a Fee endured refund prior to me getting the tracking number !!!!!! You the biggest liar !!!!!!!!!! You never reached out immediately after the tracking was avail , never !!!! In fact the only thing you said was , your order just shipped , and I should receive the tracking number any min , and ty for your patience

There was no miscommunication misunderstanding Jonas. Your words and English were very clear . You stated that had I ordered Sunday the order will process and ship out Monday , and you have seen it get delivered in as little as 1 day , and 3 days max is 5 day’s. I ordered Sunday as you advised to . It never processed Monday it got delivered 7 days later !!!!
No miscommunication no misunderstanding clear as day what you said . The risk is mine based on your advice per the situation . Had you not given me that advice I never would have purchased from you . It was the shipping that kept me as a purchaser. So again stop deflecting the blame .

I am very sorry that we caused you so much negative emotion. Let me clarify the situation.

Before you placed the order, we had a phone conversation during which we assured you that we couldn't guarantee the exact delivery date of the shipment. We promised to process your order as soon as it reaches us, but we emphasized that depending on the order volume, we cannot guarantee which warehouse the product will be shipped from. We mentioned several warehouses, including the one in Texas, and once again, we stated that we cannot ensure if the order will reach you on your deadline. Sometimes, if an order is placed on a Sunday or Monday, it can reach the customer by the end of the same week, while at other times, it might be at the beginning of the following week.

We provided you with a special personal discount that you requested, even though the item is not currently on sale.

As soon as you placed the order, we started processing it. However, after receiving the tracking number and noticing that the shipment wouldn't arrive by the desired date, we immediately offered you the option to cancel the order.

We sincerely hope that you will plan your future purchases in advance, especially those made online, and understand that everyone, not just you, wishes to receive their package as quickly as possible. We are doing our best to make that happen.

FreshAdventure is great!

FreshAdventure is great! I have purchased several EcoFlow products and I am very pleased. The last item I purchased would not work with my current setup. Although I requested a refund well after the return period of 30 days, I was able to return the product for a substantial refund. Thanks to Jonas and the entire team for their assistance as I try to go solar.

Increased Price after Reaching Out. Then lied.

Update: The company told Trustpilot my review is fake... Luckily I took screenshots and sent them to Trustpilot. Goes to show how big of a scam this company is.

There is a chat prompt that says to ask for a discount. I reached out for an Ecoflow 110w solar panel. After reaching out, Jonas increased the price by $40 lol...

Then he claimed it was due to his colleague. It's pretty clear he is the owner and has no colleagues. Sad to see a small business like this acting shady.

Yes, there was a miscommunication and I apologize for changing the prices exactly at the time when Jonas was communicating with you. Prices are being changed not only to the higher side, there are currently a number of discounted items.
It's my job to change prices, add new items, maintain the store, because I am not that strong in customer service and communication.
But in this case, it is very funny to reply to a review from a person who is angry without knowing the truth. Making mistakes is normal and we don't deny that we did it. I also saw the pictures of chat. Jonas was professional and polite as always, but from you there was just rude language and anger.:)

Very poor PR

Very poor PR, I went to hell dealing with this company, paying big bucks for an AC unit then begging them to replace a defective item from it, I do not recommend this company to anyone be careful when dealing with the.

We are very sorry that you are feeling this way. However this review does not reflect the real situation.

Unfortunately, many tests are being done during the the manufacturing process and small failures are inevitable. However it is highly unlikely to happen since we are very closely monitoring the brand quality of products that we are selling and packing. In this case, one of the Zero Breeze extra batteries were partially malfunctioned and it was impossible to charge it to 100%. Immediately we agreed to change it for you and sent the return label.

However we had to wait until you shipped it back to us since you were not able to communicate or check the product, except during the weekends. So that took very long until the issue was resolved.

You have mentioned on the phone that you like the product and this is a minor issue that we solved.

Customer support is genuine.

Products work great through rain and shine. Customer service is really thoughtful. Called me and explained how my purchases items would arrive to clear up and confusion/concerns before they arose. Also, one of the associates offered help via phone with equipment if needed during set up. Wasn’t needed though. Will definitely recommend to friends/family that are looking for a fresh adventure ahhh get it.

Serious company that cares

I'd like to start by saying that I'm glad that I found this company while searching for camping and emergency equipment. I live on a location that many times shipping is either impossible or really expensive. At first, I tried placing an order with them but it failed because of my address (totally normal experience for me), so I just exited the website and kept on looking with no success. A day later I'm contacted by the company and they offered me some options to help me out complete my purchase and ship their items to my home. I reached an agreement and fulfilled my order with them. They called me again to follow up on my order and tell me that it was being prepared and shipped soon (and it was). I received the order a few days later, professionally packed and everything was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone interested.

Great communication and timely responses from Customer Support. Was ordering a backordered product and estimates re: arrival and shipping were accurate. Was a little hesitant to buy an expensive item from an unknown (to me) website, but no regrets and will plan to order from them again. used trustpilot reviews before deciding to order.

Great Customer Service

I ordered one of their MyFAKs (made by MyMedic). First, the customer service was great. (Not just good, it was great. Jonas was very seriously the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with) The color I ordered was on back order so they called me and helped me get something similar, which shipped within a day or two. Now I know that Fresh Adventure doesn’t control the actual quality of the product since it’s made by another company, but regardless, the kit is very well made. The entire experience has put Fresh Adventure on my list of Go-To’s the next time I need to order something First Aid related.

First of all we can see that package was successfully delivered to your mailbox before the end of December.

Based on the notes under this order I can see that my colleagues were trying to reach out to you multiple times via phone and email, however they were unsuccessful and we had no response from you.

We had an increased number of orders for this specific cable on that day and we ran out of stock. So your order became as a pre-order. Because of that we were trying to reach out to you as soon as possible to ask if it is okay for you to wait until we will have it back in stock (within 3 weeks from the date that you have placed your order) or based on your preference we could have issued a refund on the same day.

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and as a passionate team we are doing everything we can to always improve our quality of service as we highly value each one of our customers.
