The work with horrible insurance companies who cancel your insurance without proper notice for no reason and take your money and cause problems. The are horrible and please no one work with them. also if you get an insurance through integon RUUUNNN. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INSURANCE.

I was promised by my agent that he…
I was promised by my agent that he would cancel my policy with Progressive. I stated many times how important it is that I don't get double billed by the new insurance company and my old one! He assured me! If he had said you better call them and cancel yourself I would have but he convinced me I didn't need to worry! So I got my bank statement and guess what! I got charged 1219.88 by Progressive insurance just like I had feared! I'm now in serious trouble because of this charge that has already gone through and needs to be paid unless I want an interest charge! Plus, I now have to go without that money because it is going to be a credit on my card. I have other bills due from my bank account!!
My trust has been violated and it just shows the lack of care the new generation has for doing their work with integrity and follow through.

Tanner in Yakima is the guy!
Tanner in Yakima, was super helpful. I needed insurance for a court agreement, and he helped me with all that. He was very upfront and honest about the prices. He worked hard to ensure I was getting the cheapest price and explained all the different prices I am paying. Very nice, and would recommend if you need help figuring out insurance

Tracy with Freeway insurance out of San Antonio was the most helpful representative that I have ever had as a client in any company or even industry. She went out of her way to explain, help, make things easier for me, and very informative. She also helped make sure that I was able to renew my policy paying good rates still. Very kind and called me back immediately when things were needed and to follow up. Helped also inform me of my discount advantages if I payed online and added my eft information for yet another discount which I never knew about.

I wouldn’t recommend the 800 n kedzie location the customer service was terrible and very rude sales representative Lucian M. Rivera with racial discrimination and also the manger that was in today made it no better and told me get insured some place else than just very rude unprofessional racial.

would not recommend to anyone I bought…
would not recommend to anyone I bought the roadside assistance thru auto club and have been trying to get a refund for over a month now every time I call they can't ever find my policy it takes them literally 10 mins just to find my account and then after I already have been waiting for my money to hit my account they tell me to fill out an email asking for a refund, and one of the representative just hung up on me I wasn't being rude he said he was working on the refund and 2 mins later it went to the survey... Very irritated
