I did not the true value of my car what it was worth , the broker took under writers side rather than mine . They protected under writers interest rather then mine.

Good customer service match and reduced price based on other insurance setup call when I want.

Made a quote online and didn’t receive a price but received a reference number. Used that to chat with them on whatsapp as you cannot call them. They said they cannot offer me insurance as I don’t meet criteria. Need to have 7 years of residence and 5 years of driving license. I do have these. On their website I cannot select 7 years of residency as they have option for between 5-9 years and 7 fits in this criteria. Their reply:

I have just checked now with our underwriters, unfortunately we aren't able to offer a taxi Quote this year due to you needed to have held your UK license for at least 7 years, as you have been a resident in the for 5 it woudnt have been possible

The options on your website doesn’t allow me to choose exactly 7 years of residence. You have instead the option between 5-9 years wich suits me and I choose this one

Poor customer service and prices daylight robbery

Pretty disappointed with Freeway P.H insurance, was recommended so decided to phone , they had all my info from 5 years ago with now 5 years no claim bonus so pretty straightforward however they put me on hold after 10 mins then around 20 mins waiting I had to go and nobody bothered to phone back, red flag right away , what would have happened if I tried to put a claim in , it is like they don’t need the business , would have gave 1 ⭐️ but I don’t like giving anyone this .
