I like the brand but disappointed with the service

I was given a run around regarding my order, 7 days after I had placed my order. When it finally arrived I had lost interest in. On the day I finally decided to wear my garment it had loose threads at LHSW sleeve. Sent an email regarding this still no response till today.

First time buying the brand

First time buying the brand, so had no expectations.
I bought the sneakers as a Father’s Day gift, the delivery lead times was on point, the sneaker is just as viewed on the site if not better in real life, you guys have superseded my expectation.

I am so happy with them and I know he will be as well!

Next is a pair for me .. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Excellent service

A marvelous experience, when i wanted to return an item, i didnt have to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to be refunded. Went to the Menlyn store, a bunch of winners the sales staff at that branch.
