This is another company that I ordered some Baltimore Ravens shoes.This is the second time after I didn't get the right size for the first pair.The the name of this company is Support@ orealex eppress.com I believe this is the same company but with a different name. I'll order some shoes from them. And they sent me a kid size 5. When I should have gotten size 11? They did not send the 11th shoe. And they claimed that I told him that I was high as 5 and they lied. This is what led me to believe that they are scam. They know that I told them besides 11. But they did not send it to me. I don't have the date the date that I ordered the shoes, but I can give you a round about the time. The time was about in January. It was in January. I wanted those shoes and they sent me the shoes back. But instead of a size 11 it was a size kid's size 5. I believe they are 2 different names, but with the same owner. Because both of these people did the same thing to me. They gave me the wrong sizes. And when I tried to reach out one of them claimed that I didn't give them the right size and I did given them right size. I wear size 11 and they said that I gave him. I told him I wear a size 5. And I didn't tell him that they all scam. It's the company. And? What happened is that they would reach back. Out to me. So I sold the shoe size 5 to a French's son likes the Baltimore Ravens, and so I sold the shoes him because I could never reach back out these people. And they kept arguing with me and telling me that I told them a size 5, and I didn't tell him a size 5? Why would I say a size 5, when I were size 11? That's b******* I don't tell that I don't drink, I don't do drugs so I know exactly what I'm saying, but they didn't have my size so they wanna argue with me about, but I never get my right shoes so I lost money, I lost $200 and shoes had already. I never got what I got both but I didn't get the sizes. The first complaint that was assassinated and it shouldn't have been 11 and I came wet oath shoes. I'm still stuck with those shoes. The size teeth disaster. So I still end up spending money and I didn't get. The shoes that I wanted, so I'm the lost so I won't have this company exposed to because. No telling how many people they've done that too. Thank you.

It has come to my attention that this company "Fredshero" is operating under a fraudulent premise, and they have ilegally registered my address as their business location. Please be aware that I have no association with this company, nor do I endorse their products or services. Consumer please consider reporting this company to the relevant consumer protections authorities. I sincerely hope this information helps protect you from any harm caused by this scam company.

Terrible customer service. One of the shoes in the pair was printed backwards. I reached out to them, they said they would send a new pair and I could keep the bad pair. Then the next said I receive and email that their factory is closed for 2 weeks so I could wait if I wanted the new shoes or I could get a 50% refund. I emailed back and my email was returned undeliverable. I tried multiple times to contact and the email was returned undeliverable. My credit card company won’t help return my money either. Bogus! Avoid at all costs!

Horrible customer service, hard to get in contact with. Item arrived too small and was missing the name I asked to be put on it. Customer service is very slow to respond and once they corrected my order and sent a photo I emailed them back to say it was okay and to send it and gmail told me the email could not be delivered. Please save your money and avoid then

I had a feeling when I bought from this site that it may have been scammy/iffy. No online reviews, other than on their website), and little to no SEO presence. Should’ve stuck with my gut.

Received a product from them that had a splotchy discoloration. Reached out for a refund (since it was a defective product they sent me) and was given 20% of my order cost (so I received $9 instead of $45). There was no offer of exchange, full refund. On top of that, their customer service is terrible.
