Great item and love my new Thunder jersey. Thank you Zonemart!!!.

Searched high and low for a unique jersey that was unavailable elsewhere.
Shipping was a little hectic due to global conflicts and tracking was not available from the website or app.
Great quality and attention to detail on customization.

After receiving package which delivery instructions were incorrect causing package to be way overdue and support corrected it at no cost to me after evaluating the situation Jersey arrived North Carolina Panthers satisfied with the quality and delivery of my package.

The quality on these jerseys are very very good. The delivery time was 3 weeks. Was able to get most of the xmas shopping done with Zonemarts. Will for sure be ordering again for all the world cup jerseys before world cup starts. Highly recommend ordering from Zonemarts!

I received my NHL jersey today and I love it. GREAT customer service. I got updates. And they answered my email questions. And I got a courtesy phone call as well.

UPDATE 3/2/26: After seeing my review, Zonemarts did reach out to me and issued a full refund. I appreciate that they finally did the right thing after 3 months of chasing them, but I don't think it would have happened if they did not see that I was calling out their bad behavior online.

I bought a jersey in November 2025, I never received it. I followed up for months with their customer service. It's now February 2026, I never received the item and they are refusing to refund me. Their reasoning is laughable "our payment gateway is restricted and has reached its limits, so we are unable to process a refund."

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I never received a confirmation email or delivery date after placing my order, which immediately raised red flags. After waiting with no communication, I had no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

Only after the dispute was initiated did they suddenly email me claiming there had been “delivery issues.” Weeks later, the shirt finally arrived — and it was the wrong size (Extra Large instead of the Large I ordered). Completely unacceptable.

When I contacted them, they told me they would replace it if I stopped the bank dispute. Trying to resolve things in good faith, I complied and had the dispute closed. Then, unbelievably, they turned around and refused to replace the item, claiming the bank dispute was the reason — even though the bank had already closed it.

Now I’m stuck with a shirt I cannot wear and money that I will never get back. This feels dishonest and manipulative. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the lost money. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this website. Not recommended at all.

Customer service made my experience great. They were very responsive, helped when my package was lost in transit, sent an another order out, and helped facilitate an another order after my order was not ordered correctly (my fault).

Quality product. Good Communication. Shipping arrived the expected day. Reliable customer service.

The jersey I ordered for my son turned out amazing! The quality is great, colors vibrant and quite the steal for the cost! Zonemart's customer service was also top-notch! I highly recommend this store.

Quality of their jerseys is very high. Had a problem with one jersey and they were very responsive and sent a new jersey to address the issue!

By the way, people complaining about it taking a long time to get their orders are complete knobs...you are saving a ton of money by ordering directly from China...of course it takes longer lol...You don't like it? pony up the extra 100 bucks per jersey for quality that may or may not be better 😉

Horrible customer service. Product is not at all what they advertise. They’re sizing is completely off. You cannot get them to work with you or to accept a return.
They will never give you your money back for an item that does not fit

This order took a long time to receive HOWEVER it was very worth the wait as quality of product was perfect. Customer service was also excellent

Zonemarts has great customer service. I ordered my grandson a jersey in small & they were so helpful helping me get it in a large instead. The quality of the jersey was amazing.

Same issue as another customer review I saw on here…Ordered two jerseys on Thanksgiving, one made it 2 days before Christmas, still waiting on the other to get here…Told a day ago I should have it in 5-7 days…Not expecting it to arrive after Christmas as it was a gift…Although the 1st jersey is fine, no where on its site does it say that it takes over a month to get a delivery. Disputed it, had my card refunded by cc company, now Zone Mart wants their money back as it’s on its way…
Good luck with that! A disappointed kid doesn’t cut it…Won’t buy from here again unless I don’t need something for a month or two!

First of all the Bears Jersey is perfect. Well stitched and sized perfect. My son loves it! It did take 1 month to arrive but at half the price, it’s worth it if you don’t mind waiting. I had several emails with Zonemarts customer service asking questions about the jersey and about delivery. Each email was replied to in less than 1 day and they always answered my questions in a professional manner. I will definitely order my next jerseys from them!

I was very impressed with the customer service that is personalized and the actual merchandise that is offered at this store everything is of high quality it ships well and it's protected well as needed so you don't get your merchandise destroyed I'm very positive experience quick shipping very satisfied

The custom hockey jerseys we ordered were really well done with everything sewn on. Just a well made replica. Will definitely use again.
