Ordered a small sundae with chocolate custard and a small vanilla cone. Waited in drive thru for quite a while and this sundae came out looking like I could drink it. I sent it back and brought another with only half a cup of custard and maybe a tablespoon of hot fudge and it was still watery. Apologies came that the machine wasn’t working correctly but paying over $11.00 for those two items was highway robbery. First and last time going to Freddys !! McDonalds or Burger King would have been a much better and much cheaper choice !!!!

Sadly, as a bus driver, trying to help out the staff of a Freddys in Corpus Christi, I called the restaurant informing them I was going to bring by a girls softball team to have dinner. I asked if that would work and could we come in 10 minutes. The person I was talking with said okay. I then asked, as the bus driver do you give the bus driver a free hamburger. The person said no. They don’t do that for bus drivers. I thanked the person and said we’re on our way.

It’s sad. I understand place don’t give out free food, but it seems like a missed opportunity to do something special for a bus driver who took the time to call ahead bringing a group. I was trying to take care of the staff at the restaurant.

Oh well, I suppose customer service is something else.

The customer service at this place is atrocious! I used their garbage app to gain points/rewards and upon redeeming the points for a "FREE" item - I was still charged for it.
After submitting a complaint, I was told that I got what I redeemed and that they cannot do anything for me.
You could have given me my money back? Or an ACTUAL FREE ITEM?! The absolute lack of customer service or understanding of the situation is abhorrent! I wouldn't eat here again even if I was starving to death.
May this place rot!

09/12/2025 Took my kid’s to Freddy’s in great bend Kansas after we went and saw a movie..lady that took our order was rude never gave us a chance to look at the menu, after taking our order I pull up to the window to pay I handed her my credit card which she DID NOT run handed the card back handed us our drinks said can I see that card again it didn’t go through I said there is money on this card it’s my bank card and I have a lot of money in my account handed her back the card she turned her back for a couple minutes turned back around said oh there is nothing on it I said there is but hang on I have cash I handed her cash which she jerked out of my hand. In when she handed me our order she threw it into my hands didn’t say I’m sorry have a good night nothing. Very very unprofessional I myself am a shift lead in a restaurant and we don’t even treat our customers that way. This store has lost all business from me until she is either gone or dealt with accordingly.. she is very very rude and unprofessional. Her hair was hanging down on her neck and shoulders down her back did have a scrunchie in but was almost to the end of her hair and not very clean

Fries are too tiny to cook ahead of time. They were cold and nasty. Small like steak and shake fries. Burger had too much mustard and the meat was kind of soggy, like it was boiled instead of fried. Asked for unsweetened tea and they gave me sweet tea 🤮. I wont be going back

The food is never consistent. This weekend my burger was disgusting. It was cold and no sear whatsoever. And then it took 24 minutes for a single order. Custard was melted. And it's way overpriced

Customer service is really bad especially the woman who picks up the calls on the corporate line in Wichita. She is so rude and dismissive. She makes you feel like freddys does not care about you as a customer even if it's the first time you ever came to them with an issue. If this is how they treat customers this restaurant disgusts me now

Freddy’s Burgers outshine Five Guys, Shake Shack, Smashburger, and The Habit Grill in both taste and value. While In-N-Out isn’t available in my area, Freddy’s still stands out with more affordable prices and fries that are even better than McDonald’s.

Brand new establishment in Elkhart IS PHENOMENAL!! FRIENDLY, FAST AND PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I DEF WILL GO BACK !!

I usually get a pattymelt which are very good. I thought I would try a BBQ brisket burger yesterday.
It wasn't very good. Brisket was dry and tough...my dog got some of it . Onion rings were great though

The food is great I had prime rib and a shake it was wonderful but a little expensive at almost 15$.

Freddy's app sucks, when I signed up I was promised a free treat when I spend a certain amount but no matter how much I spend that free treat is unobtainable so I will not be using the app to gain points I will never be able to collect on. I uninstalled that useless app

Service NOT Rendered

We arrived at Freddie’s at 7:58pm on 7/4/25. We were told we are closed. I said we only want ice cream. They said we closed at 8pm. They were serving another customer ahead of us. This was a very bad experience as my son’s girlfriend is visiting us from Spain and she witnessed this horrible experience.

My husband and I went to the Freddy's at FlatIrons in Broomfield Colo. On a Saturday 5/17/25 around lunch time. We received excellent customer service, Mason who waited on us was very kind, polite and professional, not to mention helpful! He spoke well had a great can-do attitude! Now days you don't get that kind of customer service. Especially at a fast food restaurant, he was patient with us as we don't eat out much and was not familiar with the menu, he even offered us a senior discount that we would have never asked for or about! Our food was fresh hot and absolutely awesome!! Mason is a great representation for Freddy's they should recognize him and give him a raise! You don't come across these young adults who really care! When norfolk nebraska brought Freddy's in I thought just another overpriced fast food joint. But I did try it and let me tell ya it was sooooo good. All the staff were smiling and friendly, the workers were quick to clear tables and offered to take our trays. The custard was awesome too. I give this place 5 stars and I'll be eating here often. Look out culvers Freddy's in town and taking over.

Everything about Freddy's custard and Steak Burgers was great I love a hamburger that has crispy edges and their custard is smooth and delicious a very joyous visit even the bathrooms are clean

He’s from the north ❤️❤️❤️❤️ they were also friendly every person that walked in the door must come here a lot because they knew everybody by name it was just an amazing atmosphere sitting there for a few minutes, paying attention to how they treat people. The food is definitely really good. The only thing I’m sad about is it’s been here forever and I never tried it. I will definitely be coming back.
