I love the jewelry I received! It came in the time frame it said it would and I love the quality! I haven’t worn my earrings yet but I love them just as much as my necklace.

I bought an initial necklace and received a free cherry ring as a gift, very speedy delivery and very quaint and cute packaging along with some stickers :)

The customer service was ok, shipping did take a month but it was custom so I understood until I got the jewelry 66$ for some plastic pearls from Michaels on a string that is not strong at all. I can get a fresh water real pearl necklace for that much. Also I was hoping for the colorful lettering but I got one pink letter and two gold (my name is 3 letters) it’s still cute but looks super awkward.

I have ordered from them multiple times previously and have been happy with the items I have received. However, if you live on the east coast don’t even bother ordering from them. Almost every single order has taken a month to get to me and the one I am currently waiting for is taking over a month now! Yes the jewelry is cute, but when a company says the order will be processed/delivered in a certain number of weeks then they should deliver as promised. I told myself this was the last order I would place with them if the shipping took this long, and here we are. Customer service is not good with handling these problems, they don’t give you any real answers, just a reply like: “I do see that you ordered custom jewels which per the FAQs on our site take about 30 business days as they are hand made special for you!“. I am aware of that, it has been 30 days+, I am asking for an UPDATE not an automated response. I have spent 300+ on their jewelry, you think they would care a little bit more but they do not care at all. This is just a shame and a loss for them not me, and after reading multiple reviews they have lost so many valuable customers due to their poor customer service. Ordering with them is a gamble, you may have a great experience or a complete hassle.

Delivery was a bit long but covid and transatlantic shipping didn’t help. Other than that I’m sooooo happy with my new earrings: they’re perfect, light weight, not too small not too big. I’m in love

Frasier sterling has beautiful jewelry. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper for plated jewelry. But like I said everything on their website is beautiful and I want everything. The order took over a week to be delivered but I was aware of it before I placed the order.

Girls don’t fall for the cute pictures on Instagram!! For what I paid I was expecting my jewellery to be much higher quality! The heart ring I got feels really cheap and plastic-like. The necklaces look like toys and I could have literally made it myself! The “lucky”necklace I got had a spelling mistake and it said “luoky” instead. I’ve emailed them to try and get a refund but they have not replied and it took ages to get to the uk. On top of that I had to pay a £47 custom tax fee which they did not state clearly on their website! I feel like I’ve wasted money!! Honestly save your money girls and spend it on a small jewellery business instead! Like I’d rather spend money on jewellery that I know is handmade with love and effort than what I got. Honestly not worth it.

I recently bought three rings for my brother and I to match as birthday gift. Disappointed to say the least. Although shipping was decently quick, the package came dented (which isn’t 100% the sellers fault), and the rings are of cheap and poor quality. Used all of my money on this birthday gift while I could’ve easily gotten something else. The rings are not heavy, feel like plastic, and chip away for some reason. How much were they? 38 dollars each ring, even shein has better quality rings for less. Save yourself and don’t buy from here.

Love Frasier Sterling! Adorable items, they’re super cute, trendy & fun! Great sales and awesome customer service. The pieces I’ve gotten so far have gotten so many compliments! I look forward to seeing all the cute new stuff to come in 2022!

The customer service at Frazier Sterling is HORRIBLE. I ordered on November 24. The items were not delivered until December 23. The custom item that I ordered was made wrong. I’ve contacted them by email twice with no response. This item was a gift for my daughters birthday. This is beyond disappointing.

I accidentally made an order a few days ago. Initially, I struggled to contact them, but once I reached out via Instagram, they happily and understandingly cancelled my order. I received my refund within a day and a half (given the US and UK differences I was pretty impressed!).
I was hesitant as to what their customer service would be like after reading some comments on here. I can honestly say I was pleased with how quickly they helped me out. I would definitely use in the future.

I got a jewelry box, ring, & bag: all were super cute and good quality. I’ll definitely be getting a necklace soon and probably a ton of other stuff lol

I ordered $80 worth I would say around 6 months ago and i STILL yet HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING !!!!! I have sent them tons of emails and yet NO REPLY ! I am so Angry !

The jewelry I purchased from Frasier Sterling are my absolute favorite pieces. The jewelry is amazing quality and they have the cutest designs!!! I can’t wait to purchase more jewls from them.

I’m completely disappointed by my experience from this company. Not even deserving of 1 star. I waited so long to receive my jewellery and before I was even able to get it, I was smacked with an extra £16!! customs charge that I was never made aware might happen, and had no other option but to pay!! When I did receive my necklace and earrings, the ‘gold’ necklace (which is absolutely some very poor quality metal) tarnished to this dull silver colour and turned my neck brown in about 4 days! The earrings have eventually started to turn my ears green, so can no longer wear them. Absolute trash considering the price, complete waste of your money if you’re wanting to wear any of their pieces for more than a few days. Wish I didn’t bother with this company. It’s so frustrating how they try to use celebrities to promote this cheap crap as well. I will never be purchasing from here again, and a warning to others, you will wish you never did too! Save your money.

Jewelery is really cute; a fun piece to add to my collection. My necklace arrived in 3.5 weeks, it’s just as precious as the picture! I love it; will order more.

Please do not waste your money. They’ll take a month to post your order and another month to ship it. Refunds are strictly store credit and you cannot cancel an order while they’re taking their sweet ass time to get it together. Quality is bad too

I should’ve read the reviews here before I bought anything at FS! I bought the butterfly necklace in 2020 of December and I didn’t get until February of 2021! And since I was in lockdown did not get to wear my necklace until summer and after only wearing ONCE it tarnished. I was lazy and didn’t reach out to them until recently because after reading the reviews here I realized that was a waste of money and I shouldn’t just let them take my $55. So I reached out to them recently and they said NO to giving me a replacement. Apparently they only do that if it’s been 30 days of getting product. I didn’t I receive my product until 2 MONTHS LATER. So all their responses to everyone else here is probably a lie to show they care but they actually don’t. What a scam of a company. Constantly trying to use celebrities to show that they wear the product when we all know they were sent free things. And constantly having major discounts to get us to buy from them
