I have never received my order

I have never received my order, I have mailed you 3 times and never had a reply, I have had to get in touch with my bank to sort this out. I think I have been scammed, as looking at some reviews other people have had the same issues.

Think it might be a scam..

Think it might be a scam... Item arrived nowhere near as advertised, tried to contact them through their website messenger, which doesn't go anywhere, and still no response from email. Think I'll need to go to PayPal for my refund 🤷

Unfortunately frame w/mount was not…

Unfortunately frame w/mount was not what I expected. The matte is literally a flimsy 1 inch border that when mounted isn't even (i.e. it appears to be about 1" on the bottom, .75" on top and .25" on side )
I have already opened and mounted so I will be keeping but I am really disappointed in this product and experience.
Beware with measurements as pictures on site do not reflect actual product. I was expecting a more dimensional look as depicted on the site.

Never received. No communication.

Never received frame. Now I go to website and it says they are closed for 2 weeks. Was never an issue when they took my order and money!
Tried emailing them at the suggested email, but it gets rejected every time!
What a waste of time.

Avoid the disappointment and use a reputable brand

Frame is now a number of days late from when it was meant to arrive, no communication from the brand and when I have emailed enquiring they have not even got back to me. Save yourself the hassle and use a reputable brand you can trust like Amazon to get a frame which you will have the confidence in their service.
