Hello. I recently made an order and sent an email asking to cancel an order. I am waiting for them to reply an email back to let me know that the order has been cancelled. I don't know how long it will take for contact back but if it was fast, it will really be appreciated.

Nervous at first but overall very pleased with the product.

Overall no issues. Only problem was on my part, I had not done my homework prior to placing and order with this company. I didn't realize it was not in the USA. And I was extremely nervous when I read the reviews. I will admit I didn't expect the custom charges after my item was recieved in the states. But I am sure I didn't read the fine print on their site. BUT I will say I am extremely pleased with my Ray Ban sunglasses clip-on. It fits my Ray Ban prescription glasses perfectly. It is very clearly marked with Ray Ban seal and had the paperwork to go with them.

Awful customer service

I ordered a pair of frames. After receiving a confirmation email I notice the it states costum duties may be applied. I started to research the company and found out this company is out of the country. 2 days later I sent via email to them stating I wanted to cancel my order and to refund my card they already charge. I haven't received an email for shipment yet. Next day, I received an email stating my package was being shipped to me. I contact DHL and told them I want to return the package to sender. I sent another email to frames hub. Finally got a response next day. I was informed that my email went into their spam folder. In my email they stated if the package was return to the company I will be charge for the shipping fee. As if it's my fault that my 2 emails went to their spam folder. Awful customer service!! Will never order from them again!

You haven't received the mail with the tracking number for wrong data put into the order. Anyway,
As soon we received your mail we replied you. About the reason why the previous mail was put into the spam folder, I don't know.
Anyway, as soon the package will arrive, we refund you.

Very slow delivery/customer service…

Very slow both in customer service and delivery. I actually started to worry that this was not a legitimate website as I heard nothing from them for over a week and they did not respond to my first email. My order was placed on 4/12 and they didn't respond until I sent a second email, started an online chat and phoned the international number on 4/20. They responded on 4/21 saying that the frames were delayed due to the Easter Holiday. They said that they should be in on 4/24 and I should get them in 1-2 days after that. After another email from me on 4/27 they replied back on 4/28 and said that they had just received the frames and that they would put them in the mail that day. I received them on 5/2. A good point is that the frames were really nice and beautifully packaged. So far I haven't received any additional customs/shipping fees as other customers noted.

I cannot get a response from customer …

I cannot get a response from customer service! After ordering a week ago, i still have not received my tracking number, which was said to be after 3 working days! After multiple emails to customer service, i still have not received a response. I should've looked at these reviews before ordering because this has been a TERRIBLE experience.

The shipping time into the website is 3/5 working days and considering not working days only 4 days have passed. And you have mailed us in the weekend when the office was closed. Anyway, I've just refunded you. regards

I still haven't gotten my glasses and i …

I still haven't gotten my glasses and i was suppose to get them since last week but out of a sudden they were sold out and they didnt put that on their website until after i ordered them and they still haven't responded to my emails and when they did they werent clear of an answer. Im still waiting for my glasses and i hope they are authentic because i spent a lot of money and been waiting for those glasses to come and im becoming impatient and if they dont come by next week by monday or tuesday then i want to cancel my order from them because the shipping is taking long and im not sure if they charged my card already when i havent even received my glasses or has been shipped to me yet.

No bi focal in glasses!

I received my glasses this morning, yeah, but I don't think the prescription is right. They are not bi focal. How can I check this out? Thank you.

Äußerst Kundenunfreundlich die Rücknahme verweigert

Ich hatte hier zwei Brillen bestellt und eine musste zurückgeschickt werden. Verwendet habe ich für den Rückversand genau das Paket genommen, mit dem der Verkäufer mir die Brillen zugesendet hatte. Ich habe auch noch per DHL ein versichertes Paket gebucht! Dann kam das Paket angeblich beschädigt dort an. Die Umverpackung - wohl gemerkt nicht das Etui für die Sonnenbrille selbst oder gar die Brille - war etwas beschädigt und daher wurde die Rücknahme der Brille komplett verweigert. Dann folgte auch noch eine absolut kundenfreundliche Kommunikation. Letztendlich musste ich auch noch den Rückversand nach Deutschland erneut bezahlen. Die Erstattung über PayPal ist bis heute auch noch nicht erfolgt. Ich bin wirklich entsetzt und habe sowas bei einem online-Shop noch nie erlebt, obwohl ich wirklich sehr sehr viel im Internet bestellen. Unglaublich!

They hide extra shipping fees behind small print and bill you later for it!

Got a bill in the mail from their shipper, a week AFTER the frames came. Trust me, they will say it is clear on their website (it is not) I have been online shopping for years, it wasn't clear at all. You will have to pay at least 30.00 in customs/duties fees after they deliver their glasses, when mine came, they were creaky, there was glue residue underneath one of the hinges, and my eye DR., refuses to put lenses in because they do not want to risk breaking the frames, that's how low the quality is. Stay away from this place.

for the bill of Fedex, it is for customs duty; this is indicated in our website and in the order confimation email is written:

"We inform you that, as is indicated on our website, there is the possibility to pay customs duty. All operations will be processed by the courier".

For the glasses, we are sorry if they are not good, but our products are best quality, maybe there was problem with shipping. Please send to our email: info@frameshub.com any photo about damage, and we try to solve it.

horrible

Horrible customer service! I sent out emails and never got anything response back. Plus I payed a lot of money to get express shipping and not only did I get my glasses weeks later but now FedEx wants to charge me again for the shipping! I'll never order from this website again!

Dear customer,
you paid for express shipping, and we sent you the package with express one by Fedex. You received the order in 5 working days.

About the bill of Fedex, it is not for the shipping, but for customs duty, when you buy from other countries (outsides), you must pay the customs duty for getting the goods because you haven't paid our VAT value.
Anyway, all these informations are indicated on our website.
