Pleasantly Surprised
I ordered a custom license plate frame with a personalized engraving. It was a day late via FedEx but arrived promptly. I had low expectations from this site, but I was pleasantly surprised. The product was accurate, sturdy, and very well made. I would 100% order from these guys again. Keep up the amazing work!

Polished frame scratches
I ordered the polished stainless frame with black copy. The copy was done nice but the frame has scratches in it. The quality is just ok.

I ordered a frame for a Christmas…
I ordered a frame for a Christmas present. When I got it the "writing" was etched into the frame, but not in color. You can barley see what it says. I reached out about the writing color and was told nothing would be done, when I responded I never received a response back. Money down the drain since the frame can't even be used.

These guys were on their game! I submitted an order for two plate frames and both had a combination of English and German letters and symbols. They nailed it! Additionally the order and delivery was flawless and quick! The next thing I knew after ordering, they were in the mailbox!! The fit was perfect and they came with all the hardware I needed and more! But from this place, you won’t be disappointed. FrameAI is the real deal!

I was sent the wrong order
I was sent the wrong order. Wrong color with no words on the frame. Contacted customer service and they said they would reship the order. as of 11/21/20 I have yet to receive the product.
I would not do business with this company again...

Good tag frame
Item arrived quickly with paid 2d day delivery. Frame is adequate for intended purposes and without blemishes. I have a 2020 Ram truck and had to use my own washers and nuts to ensure a secure fit to the front bumper. I would buy again if I need another tag frame.
