OUTSTANDING! Both the dispatcher and driver! There were problems presented to them by the shipper of the merchandise and they handled all of them for me. Great communication skills and a joy to work with.

When I booked the haul
When I booked the haul, it was picked up within 48 hours and was on its way. They were no harassing phone calls demanding payment just 20% down for fr8 star. Driver was very nice and had the load secured better I could’ve hoped. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone if they have something that needs hauled.

on time pickup
The pickup was almost two weeks late. Which cost me 250 bucks in storage fees. Which made the quote that i got not even close , it cost $200.00 more than i was quoted. I would not want to ever use Gloobal Transport again. I have always had good luck with FR8star, but not with this bunch!

Easy process to get a tractor hauled
Easy process to get a tractor hauled. I sell equipment and have used FR8Star many times. Every time is easy and gets equipment moved where I need it for a fair price. Highly recommend.
