Exceeded all expectations. Delivered the day after I made my purchase.

My first time buying something and having to use a freight company for delivery. Everything went easy, no hassles. Would do it again.

I had a odd sized load and back story. 26' concession trailer loaded on standard flatbed that had rolled. Sitting in original shippers yard. Insured was of no help but broker and drivers hired outside tow service to crane off and put on transport truck and step deck. Hauled from East Texas to Oregon with no problems and mostly on time. Driver and broker kept us up to date. Thanks.

Lousy broker.
Shipper couldnt speak english...drove all over my lawn...tore up my driveway...sent pics to Nina Marie...she was MIA as soon as there was a problem.
Not happy....

There was some poor communication between the broker and myself. I needed to know what type of trailer the hauler was using so I could have the necessary equipment to unload I was not informed until a few hours before the load arrived. Your end was fine

Driver on time and very helpful

Needs Help
First driver who dropped trailer #1 at the pickup location parked with one foot on soft ground. Had to call and have someone come and reposition when it was about to tip over. Ramps and partitions were in poor condition and difficult to operate. Price was not worth the experience.

Continually charged for site fees even with customers cancellations. 1st Load from representative Sam, this customer has charged back twice which keeps getting taken out of my account. This is over $1700 that I have had to pay for something that didn't move, FR8star kept funds and customer took deposit back. Paying these site fees of at least 20% on each load, and then customer is able to fraudulently request a refund based on not receiving goods. This site does not help to you recover funds and pretty much washes their hands of your loss. 2nd Customer has charged back based on their cancellation which had nothing to do with my abilities to move the freight. Customer cancels day one, Joe knew customer was cancelling and tells my boss that customer is going to cancel, he tries to avoid the cancel and Joe never refunds my boss the site fees, this cost me over $1500. At this time, I still have not been refunded for either charge. I am a single mother and cannot afford to take these financial hits. This site absolutely does NOTHING to help. They up their site fees and will not assist with getting a refunds or site fees back. My boss has continually asked for help from Russ, Sam and Joe, to no avail. We are customers also!

They have very good customer service, they are quick to respond and our cargo arrived at its destination very quickly.

This was a great service and it certainly saved me a great deal of time. For me to travel both ways and pick up this unit would have taken me 28 hours. Highly recommended as the communication and speed of delivery was very excellent.

I was charged $22 more than the agreed upon quote.

There was some confusion on the company's part about who the driver was and when he would pickup my Gator. Once that got settled and I was given the number of the driver, he and I communicated and everything went smoothly. I'd use them again!
