Received the wrong size/color and I haven't have the opportunity to experience the quality. I would say this far it's one star because you've asked me to send them back before you would correct the error. I felt that wasn't good customer service. The correct items could've been sent, while you waited for the wrong items to be shipped from me. Not have me wait, it wasn't my error.

Love the skates!
Love the skates! They are high quality, comfortable, and just beautiful overall. The skates alone are five-star. My reason for the four-star is how they were shipped. The skates are heavy and came in their own box, but they needed to be shipped in a box and not a plastic bag. The box the skates came in fell apart as soon as I removed the shipping bag. Not a good idea to ship a heavy item like this in a plastic bag.
No stars. I was scammed!
No stars. This company did not send me back skates for an exchange. I was instructed to make a $12 invoice payment to their brand first (to cover shipping fees for them to send exchange size to me), send skates back (which I paid about $30 to do), and they became unresponsive for the following WEEKS after. I also checked my account with them to see if they had even updated the status of the order, which should by then have mentioned an exchange in progress and only saw that the initial size I ordered was delivered. My tracking information clearly states that the skates I sent back were delivered to them on August 29th. It is now September 10th and I have not heard a word back from them; none of my emails received a response! High followings on instagram mean nothing. This business clearly is not to concerned with keeping customers informed and led me to waste my money. I can’t receive a refund for shipping the skates back because the this is not UPS fault (they simply delivered to this company’s address). However, this skate company requires you to purchase your own shipping to return skates and pay a fee for them to ship you any exchanges you may need before you are allowed to send the skates back. Get more serious about your business and stop playing with people!

Perfect fit, extra cushioning where it needs to be and so smooth to ride. Worst thing is trying to choose which color style i wanted the most.
I want to give them a 5 star rating
I want to give them a 5 star rating, but my order never left them. Having not receiv d the product, I received multiple emails asking for reviews. I emailed the company to find out if they were going to ship and never received a response. After receiving another request for review, I emailed again. No response. I am very sad to neither get a response or the skates.
Buyer BEWARE!!!
I paid for skates through AfterPay for an event my daughter had planned for. But although they were received in a timely fashion, one of the skates were missing screws. I searched for a skate repair shop in NY so they can fix the boot, (Mind you they had to tighten the screws on the other that had all of them) so my daughter could still attend. I informed foxy that the skate shop would provide a notarized letter stating how they assisted me due to receiving a poor quality control item and Foxy offered not one remedy. I informed them I didn’t take a picture because I was just thinking of how I could get it fixed and went straight into Captain America mode. That is why the notarized letter and receipt of what they did was suggested. I’ve made 2 payments to After Pay but had to get my bank involved and pause the last two payments because even after good faith attempts made to Foxy to do right by me as a paying customer, Jay and the Foxy Skate brand have chosen to ignore me. And not once did I ask for a refund. But this is where, if Foxy was reputable, would have offered to adjust the cost of the skate and apologize for shipping defective merchandise that could have injured someone severely. It seems as Covid has made retailers and restaurants nonchalant with less and less care for quality customer service while believing that they’re even entitled to your money after giving you disgustingly subpar service. One & Done.
Noble Purple and Fire Red
I ordered two pairs of skates for family members who loved them!! They were true to size for each person. The colors were beautiful and comfortable to wear. Delivery was fast too.
Customer service is not good
The number to customer service doesn’t work. Even tried to email and no one responded. Never received a confirmation for my purchase. For that I returned my skates
They’re pretty nice
Shipping took a long time(almost a month) but they were keeping communication. They’re pretty nice, but they have a lot of friction so it’s hard for me to get started and move forward. Since they’re back heavy my feet keep tilting forward. If the wheels were a bit more forwards I think I’d have better balance.
I am a beginner, so maybe start with inline skates first.

I do feel they ran a bit small. I normally wear 8.5 I bought a 9..still pretty tight. I hope they will be ok? I've only had them on once because of bad weather..but I hope they won't hurt my feet to much. But they are really cute!

I loved my skates, but the bolts are stripped and they are falling apart I can’t return them because I already wore them.
