This is such a great company when it comes to customer service. My roller skates were a size to big. I emailed Foxy skates with my issue. They responded so fast with a return solution. As soon as I sent in my return to sender receipt they mailed out my skates that afternoon.
The roller skates are so comfortable.

I was unfortunately sent the wrong color/style skates and had noticed that one of the trucks was loose on the right foot. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a printable prepaid shipping return label. I just shipped them back yesterday and I'm currently awaiting the correct style that I ordered originally. So far contact with customer service has been amazing, and I'm eagerly awaiting my new skates from Fox Skates. I will update my review once I receive them! 😁

I ordered a pair of skates which was in stock and is still available to purchase online even though I was told they were out of stock. I was okay with it and chose a different style of skates. They end up sending me the wrong skates so I promptly returned them, I was told the correct ones would be shipped with the return was in process. I have not received any skates. One week has gone by, I haven't heard from anyone from the company. The people/persons I have talked to were nice and I was sent a free tool/keychain with the wrong pair of skates that I have returned. However I cannot use the tool if I don't have the skates..

My Scandal Green skates arrived well packaged; No scuffs and the box was intact as well. The skates were the size I ordered and they were absolutely radiant and bright! They rolled like a dream! They were incredibly comfortable and sturdy. I love my skates so much! I had also ordered a skate tool and it was not in my package but 2 days later, I was notified and sent my skate tool! Very kind and helpful!

They arrived sooner than expected and were exactly as described. They are soooo cute! I did need customer service so I emailed and they were quick to respond. They resolved my issue (my fault, not theirs).

LOVE these skates! And those who see me in them LOVE them as well. I simply tell them where to go and I let them know about the deal I got. My kids even want a pair so I will be getting more soon.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. I first received 2 left feet in the mail (it happens) and they immediately sent me a shipping return label and the correct pair. The skates are very true to size and ride very smoothly. I'm very happy! 😁
