So are they good or bad? I love the smell of the 12in 1 leave in conditioner! Yummy and love my hair with it! I’m just kind of afraid although I know people are mean when it comes to reviews trying to damage company’s?? Thank you I guess I will go for it and see what happeneds….

Don’t bother with this company! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! If your package gets lost or you never receive it, don’t expect them to help. They want you to do all the paperwork with the post office to try and find it or to file a police report for HAIR PRODUCTS! They will NOT give you a refund or resend you the product! Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. I will never order from them again!

I've ordered on 3 separate occasions from FoxyBae and everything went really well. All the products were accounted for, nothing damaged. I've only used their hair care and styling products, but I do own all of them! Love the way their products make my hair feel and the fragrance is delightful.

I have never had any issues with Foxy Bae products. I have several of their hair care products and none has presented any problems. The irons work great, in fact, my favorite one is by them. Their shampoos, conditioners, etc., have all been wonderful for me.

bought foxybae's wireless curler clipper and so far so good. remember ppl- you get what you pay for and for what i paid, i like it and it works fine for me. (my hair is thick and runs down to the top of my butt so im workin with quite a mane...)

I ordered the mini tool kit but it just didn't work with my short hair! I contacted the company and they refunded my money! Great customer service and so quick! I will purchase again!

They customer service sucks! I wrote to them 3 times and still haven’t heard anything from them. Terrible!!!

I purchased the wireless curler. When it arrived the buttons were depressed and I could not get them to pop up. Support wanted a photo stating they would SEND A NEW CURLER TO ME; I obliged. Then they requested a video; I could not create one small/short enough for my gmail account to process. Then they wanted a photo of the power cord cut in half, which I did and sent it to them, pointing out the cord was/is easily replaceable. Finally, 3 MONTHS LATER they refunded me the money, less shipping, to an account that had been closed due to fraudulent use contrary to sending a new curler which they had stated 3 months prior they would do.
Once again, a plethora of email exchanges ensued to convince them I had contacted the bank who indicated they could not receive money to a closed account.
FINALLY FOUR MONTHS LATER (during which I purchased a similar product from a competitor) I received a box with the wireless curler in it. Ultimately, I sold it on Facebook Marketplace for less than I paid for it. In the end, I lost money and four months of sanity.

I ordered the heated brush and as soon as I got the product (which came extremely fast) I opened it up and put it under the bathroom sink. I didnt even try to use it for another 2-3 weeks. When I did use it it wasnt working properly. But since I had already thrown the packaging away I assumed that I was stuck with this thing. But i figured I would email customer service and let them know anyway. They responded back within hours and the girl told me that they dont require the packaging. They didnt even require the brush back because she said they do not resell any product. All she needed me to do was to take a picture of the brush with the cord cut and they would refund my money! So thats what I did and I had the money back in my acct in no time at all! In my opinion the customer service is unrivaled. Hands down. And i will shop with them anytime I need new hair straightners. (Every other Foxybae styler I have tried has been incredible, I just happened to get a dud)

Worst company and hair products EVER! I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered anything from them. I ordered two leave in conditioners and one heat protector. The leave in conditioner is horrendous. I previously sent them an email with a question, which went unanswered. That should have been my first clue. Then they sent me a promo code for 60% off anything on their website. Of course, that didn't work. So my bad, that I went and ordered products from them. I paid for expedited shipping and the products still took five days to arrive. Of course I sent them another email asking for a refund for the expedited shipping and Guess What??? No answer. I just sent another email about wanting to return the products (because their website says you have to contact them first). My guess is that they will wait until after my 30 days window closes and then tell me Too late! So typical. Please, please, please do not order ANYTHING from this company. Buyer beware.

Brush bristles have burnt off and the brush has burnt off some of my hair. I contacted the company and they won't send a new one without an original receipt. I sent pictures and video of the product. I don't keep all my receipts. It is a manufacturing defect which can is a potential fire hazard. This should be an automatic refund or replacement.

I got the foxybae round brush mini hair dryer - rose gold. The bristles fall out everytime I use it. They bend also. And the rose colored metal on the handle heats up - very hot! so you can't hold the dryer for too long before you have to turn it off and let it cool down. It takes forever to dry your hair that way! Makes me think - has no one at the company ever actually used this dryer? It was apparent the first time I used it. Do not buy this dryer!!

Worst company ever. Won’t answer emails or complaints.
I placed an order three weeks ago. Only got one of three items. And now they’re saying the whole thing was delivered.
Stay away. Don’t waste your money.

Very unprofessional customer service. I bought a straightener and a curling iron both only worked for a couple of weeks, they send me a replacement and the straightener started making a buzzing sound like when there’s a shortage on the electricity then stop working, they told me they couldn’t give me another replacement because they already send me 2 replacements. Just a waste of over $100.00!!!!! I don’t recommend you buy their products, they will only work for a couple of weeks!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. They will mess your order up and refuse to correct it. Stay away!

If it could be 0 stars it would be. I bought a package with the Blow out dryer brush, the 7 in one curling iron, the flat iron and I just recently ordered the rose gold blow dryer. I’ve only used the products maybe 3 times and the blow out dryer brush just about caught my head then my house on fire. That was even after it was unplugged it still got really hot and started smoking worse. I called customer support and they were extremely rude. When I was buying this overpriced death trap they were extremely helpful. Make sure to use the products a lot during the warranty period even if you don’t normally use them just get them out and turn them on and run. This has been stored in its box in a dry closet so it’s not anything I did. So now because I don’t use my hair products often I am out a lot of money and also was treated despicably by the woman on the phone. She never even asked me when I bought my items and yet told me it was outside of the warranty period. This is a scam and their products will cause harm to you or a loved one or your property. I’ll definitely be trying to cancel the order for the blow dryer too now. I wanted all of my things to match but not at the risk of my or my childrens safety. The woman who I just spoke with needs to be fired. She didn’t care not one bit how dangerous this product is and dismissed it without even asking any info or apologizing. She just immediately got nasty and jumped to being dismissive and really rude.

Horrible, horrible customer service, very unprofessional!! This company is not a professional organization so be very careful ordering from them, they make their own rules as they go along. If you ask for a manager they claim they are a manager when they are not, and when you ask for their manager they refuse to escalate the issue. Chose another company that is reputable, this one definitely is not!!

If there was 0 stars i would give it because i ordered a flat iron due time it started bending and pulling my hair i contacted customer service and a rep! playing manager TARA was rude from the start!!!! even though i have ordered several things giving Foxybae a chance it just seems like something is always from with this company i even ordered a wireless curling iron and it would not work properly but its ok because TARA would answer to another reps emails when i was NOT emailing her she is the rudest rep i have EVER encounterd and dont expect them/her to help you out because im sure she deals with people everyday i dont understand how shes even working there well as i said 2 different items i bought from this company and BOTH items mess up mind you i had the item for a year so be prepared to yearly buy there products

2 months later I have not received all my stuff bit their email says I did. Then I call customer service the put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up over and over again.
