I bought gate opener from amazon and described as battery back up and I have send emails and text to so call number 346-537-8586 number of times and there is no reply you only get automat reply very very hard to work with
and we installed this product for client and we can not give service I would not buy imeshbeans product very bad
This company will not honor the warranty on their product. They are crooks.

Item arrived and the screen quickly developed issues with display quality. Cannot use
I bought a gate opener in October 2024. The opener, along with all your other things brags about a six month warranty. Six months have not passed and a sprocket went bad and I attempted to get you to cover it under warranty. There is no way to contact your company other than by text message. I sent the text message and got one vaccine that the warranty had expired. I questioned it and got no reply from you. So I ended up having to buy the part from you. I am very disappointed that you misrepresented your warranty.

I didn't receive confirmation on first order so I thought it didn't go through so I ordered again received confirmation on second order now have two sets of parts I only needed one set
