I needed to re register my 510 to a different email address, within an hour of their office opening it was done.

The unit works extremely well, the software updating process is impressive, they’ve put a good deal of thought into making it ‘just work’, and perhaps even more impressive is the 10 out of 10 customer support.
I had a minor issue, my fault not the unit, and Annie / the Customer Support team jumped right on top of it, with swift messaging and positive corrective actions - everything sorted and I’m a happy customer. Thanks again, Annie.

I had a friend who used a Foxwell scanner on one of my cars to diagnose an issue I couldnt trace on my own. It worked to perfection! so I knew when the opportunity to purchase my own came up, i did not hesitate to buy it.

The customer service was helpful and responded to all my queries.

At first I was perplexed because the instrument display said my vehicle was not recognized, but as I communicated with customer service, they advise “hey you gotta register a darn thing first”,well after I registered and plugged it in, it turned out to be everything I hoped for and more it’s a beautiful instrument and it displays avenues that I didn’t even know existed on the vehicle. I am completely satisfied with it and would definitely recommend the Foxwell experience to any do it yourself that’s looking to learn more about their vehicle, just remember registration of the device is Paramount.

Company has yet to respond to several emails, which started back at the beginning of june.

Purchased Foxwell scanner 510Elite and downloaded different software few times. Had trouble due to my son setting up account and not using my account. Foxwell support came to my rescue. I believe we are on different time zones but regardless they were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. They make buying and using a Foxwell Scanner all the more an amazing experience. Scanner and car specific software is awesome, highly recommend!

Easy process

It kept on informing the support group of the results that were not working. After several attempt to fix my problem, they kept trying different things until we finally were successful in solving my problem.

Excellent company, tools are fantastic too. Customer service is also great.

A very helpful company. I bought the NT530 Plus and there was a bit of a learning curve for me. Foxwelldiag helped me get to grips with things over the course of a few days showing knowledge, professionalism and a good deal of patience with some of my noob questions. Very happy.

It was very easy to add another car manufacturer to my NT710. Customer support was prompt, and now I can see all of the 27 DTC's on my car as opposed to the 2 codes shown on a generic OBD2 reader.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my scanner and sent it back, they allowed me to just pay the difference and get a different model. They were extremely helpful a d very responsive. I highly recommend them.

Inquired about doing some coding with my NT710 that I purchased directly from their website about 1 year ago as I was not sure if it was capable. Contacted them via the chat on their website. Annie was quick at getting back with me with an answer and an explanation of the procedure to accomplish what I was looking to do. We found an issue with the language (not translating to english from German) deep within the coding menu and Annie was quick to translate and guide me through the rest of it. She also noted they have recorded the issue and will work to resolve it in the next software release.

Very happy with the support and product capability to perform the coding I was looking to acheive.
