100% professional, good job!

We worked with Foxes for both the brokerage and the legal aspect of our home purchase in Spain. The mortgage broker service was great but we would strongly advise you find a different attorney to manage the legal transaction aspect of it. The attorney who worked on our deal did not do the full due diligence on the property and some debts where transferred to us with the purchase. We attempted to work with Foxes to try and get a small partial refund on their fees to cover the debts that were transferred, but she ghosted us and made no effort to make things right - overall very unprofessional. Instead of actually looking into the details of the property itself as you would doing this type of work, she simply asked the seller and did not actually do the research and due diligence to verify it. Instead, our attorney spent a useless amount of time asking the seller for documents that are not even required and nearly causing the seller to walk away out of annoyance for the lawyer making things more complicated than they had to be. We are now in the process of disputing the bill with our bank in an effort to recoup our money to pay the debts due to Foxes not actually doing their job or attempting to come to an amicable ending of this.

We have bought a flat in Barcelona. Foxes was more than helpful in our journey: they have provided excellent support and service. The whole team is very experienced, always replies quickly and I can not imagine buying a property in Spain without them. Alejandra was the master of the whole operation but the whole team Cristina, Christopher, Gareth, Rocio, Magali were also of great help. Don't waste time with other advisory companies in Spain, contact Foxes and facilitate your life. Warm recommendation to anybody considering buying a property in Spain.

Excellent experience. We just closed on our property in Benehavis and honestly without the support from Foxes I do not believe it would have happened.
