I had an issue with a product I'd purchased. Contacted Forza who responded with 48hrs. A few emails back any forth and the problem was rectified. Excellent customer service which means that I will go back to Forza for future purchases.
Save your money and your nerves! I wish I had read the countless negative reviews before ordering here.
1. Hidden Customs Fees: There is zero transparency at checkout. I was suddenly hit with a €15+ customs and handling fee by the carrier for an item that barely cost more than the fee itself.
2. Never Delivered: The package never even reached my door. DHL stopped it at the German sorting center and returned it immediately because Forza Sports failed to provide the correct shipping and customs documents.
3. I Paid for Their Mistake: Because the item was returned due to their sheer incompetence, I had to chase down a refund. When I finally got it, I actually LOST money due to the EUR/USD exchange rate differences. Did they compensate me for the financial loss they caused? Of course not.
You literally pay for their mistakes and lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!
Very annoyed. Forzasports.nl poses as a Dutch website, in the Dutch language. So I ordered and was unpleasantly surprised delivery would take a month. The found out from customer services that the shipment comes from the USA. So I filed a complaint which was disregarded like; I’ll let my boss know.
Now, I have to also pay additional costs of 14 euro’s for a pair of garden gloves, because the shipment comes from the USA.
This is really nasty behavior. Do not make a .nl Dutch language webshop while being a USA based company, and then make your customers pay extra import fees and deal with crazy long delivery times. I would have never ordered from your Company knowing this.

Horrible company. USPS Lost my package and I’m out of 140$. They said they are not responsible for lost packages since usps said it was marked delivered. They refuse to send a replacement or refund me.
