Took £45 out of my husbands bank account and have asked for every form of ID possible. Gave it too them for them to say the money would be returned in 36 hours.... Still no money has been received and they won't put is through to a payment advisor or to a manager.

Keep getting told the same sheet of wait and they're having trouble with payments.

Tried to cash out 500 they asked for id which i sent for times they kept saying they have not received it went on acount today they have blocked me conplete scammers avoid do not use they close my account still oweing me 500 asked them to reopen so i can cash out ignoring all my messages sonething needs to be done about them

So far most of the reviews of this site are true. Unable to deposit with neteller or skrill, but its fine with a debit card. Placed a bet and it won, it says won on the bet slip so I have no open bets, but over 5 hours later still no money added to my account. They are telling me they are having a payments issue but I smell dog poo. I'll keep you all updated on withdrawal times if and when I get my money.

Absolute lying thieves, took near 450 euros from me, I won 4 bets and apparently there were issues so couldn’t pay out the winning bets, it’s now been 3 days and still no pay out despite my bets being declared winners. Once/if I ever get my winnings I then have to go through the verification process as first time withdrawing so no doubt i will come across more problems resulting in weeks until I get my money IF I ever do get it!! Will re-emphasise again....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I'd give this scam site no stars but it's not allowed. Avoid at all costs. I put money in but was never aloud to withdraw. I tried jumping through all their hoops and I am so glad I didn't put much in. They will string you along for weeks and then close your account when they realise you are on to them. I wish I'd seen these reviews before hand but it was to late for me. I had won 1414 euros but they wouldn't let me withdraw so in the end I cut my loses. Don't let them steal your money too.

Reading Reviews on this site I was conerned I never get paid winnings. I was paid after reject of Withdrawal 4x and no message received and a long wait as well having to get in touch with customer service several times then they only responded.I was asked to provide ID, proof of Adress,Bank cards. It appeard secure to me because I had to cover the main Digits including on ID. I'm happy with the outcome after all and Customer Service Responded straight away when getting in touch. Still needs improvement....

You will never withdraw from this casino, they only allow customers to deposit, the withdrawal process is impossible.

They will become unresponsive once you start a withdraw request and you will have to follow up on everything.

They rejected my request when sending them a picture of the back of my card (the front 16 digits are embossed into the card, so for the sake of security I covered up the reversed embossed digits, and sure enough the "payment team" rejected my withdrawl).

Since when do casino validate the front of your card digits from the reverse embossed digits on the back side.

So fishy and scammy, gives Russians a bad name. Ivan you should be ashamed of yourself, how do you sleep at night?

A Russian scam as stated below, I am now trying to obtain my deposits back through the bank and am terrified they will use my personal details to commit crimes, they asked me to send my documents to review my account to get a refund. They said no to the refund but still took all my details.
Stay away and report to action fraud.

OK.I WON BUT MY GOD WAS IT A LONG PROCESS , my names Dan,im a genuine guy from essex in the uk near london. I looked at the reviews on this after i signed up to this strange casino and was really worried i would not get paid but i did. I banned myself using gamstop so i could not sign up to any online casino that i found, and yes, i should not have even been seeking one out in the first place as i imagine many of you reading this will be in the same position, and have some form of addiction to gambling. Anyways back to this casino, i didn't want to put my bank details in so i used ethereum from my coinbase app(cryptocurrency), i deposited 150 euros in ethereum and actually won on live roulette, it was the strangest live game i have ever seen, but i got up to 896 euros , with my lucky number 27 rolling in with 15 euros on it, in the end i settled for 700 and tried to withdraw the money. This is where it become a headache, the first thing i noticed is it takes 36 hours to review before being paid, and you have to withdraw using the SAME way you paid money in, so if you use a bank card, use the same details to get your winnings, you can withdraw using bitcoin if you deposit with ethereum (that's what i did) After 36 hours i got an email stating i had to confirm my identity by sending a photo of my driving licence/passport and a letter less than 3 months old, so i did just that. They cancel the first request and after you reply to them you have to make another request to withdraw and then wait a further 36 hours. Really they are just waiting for you to continue to gamble with the money while your waiting to be paid, and if your a compulsive gambler it can be difficult to do so, plus if you withdraw say 700 and then gamble down to 500 you will need to make another request to withdraw the 500 and wait a further 36 hours, the only reason i didn't is i genuinely needed this 700 euros and was 99% sure i wouldn't get it as i thought the website was a spoof and too good to be true as i didn't expect to win. After nearly 5 days i got my money paid into my coinbase account and it worked out to be about 630 quid. i was gob smacked, but very happy and as soon as i got that i closed my account with them , gambling is a mugs game, if you can play it for fun with an odd 10/20 quid here and there or fancy a punt with 100/200 that you got spare then yeah, give it a go,you might be lucky but unless you got id and a bill in your name and address and a lot of patience do not even bother with this casino, they will find any way to try not pay you and delay the process, im only giving it a 3 star because i didn't expect to get a penny and i regretted signing up in the first place once i tried to withdraw my winnings. my advice is avoid this if you can, but if you really want to gamble then this will pay you if you win ......eventually.

Never played with them and never signed up to their “newsletter” I hit unsubscribe on their emails for a months and yet I still get constant emails from them. Even though they are supposed to be a real casino they are definitely not obeying UK law (and yes I have double checked the emails are actually from the company)

in fairness to fortune clock when you go through they account veri process ,withdrawals are quick and efficient 24hrs for me now on negitive side as of most of these casinos they have a minimum withdrawal of £100 or euros etc,yesterday i spent £20 and won £77 but i couldnt withdraw ,i spent 4 hours trying to reach minimum but failed and lost it! i think they alter odds on certain games so you win next to nothing,i played gold rush today £1 stake kept winning 15pence?because of playing £1 no bonus came higher the bet less chance of winning,played fairies game yesterday i won feature 3 times after betting £40 time winnings on free spins where as follows 10fs gave me 16pence win..10fs gave me 36pence win 10fs gave me 3.40 win absolute con if you ask me you can buy Feature for £20?so many games here are poor to say the least and whilst i cant compain with regards withdrawal time i dont think ill be using this site for a while too many games not available to uk 1/10 player satisfaction

I have tried to withdraw €2000 twice. Rejected!!!!
They are saying i cancelled, no i didnt.
Basically not allowing withdrawal.
Also they wanted payment via credit card but then insisted that i used a debit card for withdrawal. Still rejected.
I thought it was now illegal for gambling sites to allow credit cards!!!!

Twice I've been robbed of money. 1st time I went on max quest and it took 600 euro from my 2000 balance. Contacted support and they said nothing was found. And today I got a bonus round won over 400 euro in mermaid pearl and it never went into my balance. Contacted customer service and she said do you want to close your account. I said no I want to know we're the money is and I was ignored. You can't check your gaming history so your basically fke d whe. You try and prove it.
I've never withdrew but looks like they do anything not to payout so I'd avoid.

Ok so this websites terms and conditions are INSANE. Luckily like a nerd and having had bad experience with genesis casino i studied everyone to have my back covered. The withdrawal got rejected 3 times for very random reasons but eventually was accepted and I was told I should get my funds on that day. I did not and pestered Ivan the manager(in Inverness apparently) about this and he said to wait. Apparently they were waiting for approval from their payment provider.

Finally I changed tact and rather than get aggressive I said I had every faith in getting the withdrawals and I looked forward to playing again. Guess what? Hour later i get 2 seperate withdrawals in my account from random russian names which were clearly bank transfers and not from any "payment provider". I have since blocked my card and deleted my account as I sense I got lucky to get money from them. It is possible but I would suggest avoiding this website.

So I came across this site and deposited £10 and to my amazement won 2000. I then started reading reviews on the website and seriously belived I had no hope in hell of successfully withdrawing my winnings but guessed I had nothing to loose by trying. My withdrawal was rejected 4 times (pissed off yes, supprised... No) the first time was because I apparently had 5 dupulate accounts, this just confirmed by worries as I was damn sure was not called hassan or jake or dave. Second time was because I needed to verify myself, okay pretty much every casino does this. I had to send off proof of address, passport and picture of my bank card. I wasn't completely happy to do this after reading the reviews but again I had nothing to loose so sent them off.
The third time it was rejected was because I didn't send a selfie of me holding my passport with the website in the background, by this point im thinking this is so redicules this does not seem legit! But hey I'd already sent my passport and bank card so what the hell.
This morning I wake up to £1800 in my account (it was won in euros so converted into pounds) this company is legit!! Yes it's long winded but I got my winnings. Be patiant and follow the process. Also don't use the bonuses I think that's a major part of people's issues.

Can’t withdraw they give you an active bonus that blocks withdrawal to get the active bonus removed of 5 lousy euro you need to play 372 Euro, con merchants! Wait 36 to decline withdrawal, 7 times! Don’t use them.

If I could I would've put 0 stars. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a gambling site. Customer service is terrible, I'm waiting for almost two hours in chat so I can prove my documents. They have everything and still rejecting my request. Scammers!! Stay away!!!

I have been playing recently with this casino , they then blocked my account just after I deposited money , I then asked them to give me my money back . They made up some excuse saying they need to review my account . I then got an email to confirm I never had a gambling problem and to be patient while they reviewed my account . Guys if you don't want more troubles than you have please stay away from this casino. After long fights I have managed to recover part of my winnings, they are doing everything to not pay you off. All the bad reviews about the withdrawals are true and is a nightmare to deal with these guys, proper scammers. The worst part was that they were trying to steal money from my credit card afterwards, they are proper Russian scammers stay away.
