I am French, I have won 1500 euros, it's been more than three weeks I'm waiting for a withdraw, they have nothing to say but that they have a technical issue.
I think I'd never receive this money on my account, they are thieves, never play or create an account on their website.

A casino that sells personal information to third parties. After installing an application that supposedly offers a bonus, our data goes to another casino and an account is created. Who knows where else ?!

These are the worst company out there. Withdrawing is nearly impossible as they removed the visa option. They try to get you to withdraw to crypto currency. They are not interested in helping you withdraw and when I contacted ‘my personal manager’ she said most people just play for fun and don’t want to withdraw anything. It’s one big scam and the company are thieves. Stay well clear.

Fortuneclock is a massive scam, the process to withdraw winnings is incredibly longwinded. The people you speak with on their chat are unhelpful, useless and make everything so much harder than it needs to be. When placing deposits they take multiple payments. Like the previous comments I wish I could have given them a zero as Fortuneclock shouldn't be in business. As mentioned this company is a MASSIVE SCAM SO AVOID.

I have been a customer of Fortune Clock for a while and didn't have an issue for a while, withdrawals were ok and with some wins and some losses.. BUT I have been winning on soccer for the last week and made £15000 profit, when I have tried to withdraw they have suspended my withdrawals and investigating for 75 days claiming suspicious activity. Absolutely shocking service. Normal casino and betting sites only require to forms of ID, but this place asks you for way more. And even when you send the relevant documents, they still ask for more. And to withdraw money it has to be a minimum of 150. What a joke of a place. The positive reviews on this are fake

I am only giving this one Star because there is no option for zero. I joined up with the promotion of 40 free spins no deposit. I tried to claim it and the game doesn't exist. I contacted customer service and was informed that sorry that offer isn't available in your region. The thing that really annoys me is they made me go through all the sign up and verification. I joined fortune clock before I read the reviews and I managed to get a few big wins so I was worried about not getting the money ! How wrong was I! I had my withdrawal declined for a valid reason the 36 hours is a pain I agree but I have always found support helpful and polite and my personal manager is amazing ! I received both big wins to my debit card no problem after being accepted . Sorry for everyone have bad issues with them but my experience has been great so thought I should write a review for them.

They’re a total scam. I won €970 from a €20 deposit but my winnings were confiscated as I breached “bonus policy” this was my first ever deposit and won my first bet. So I would recommend avoiding this website. I don’t normally type up reviews but this website should be avoided at all costs.

I have made 11 withdrawal requests, not one of them has completed successfully despite my account being verified.

I have had numerous communications with support who constantly gave vague reasons as to why the withdrawal wasn’t successful, they have recently advised me that a technical issue that is more complicated than they would like is the problem and that my bank is rejecting the payment. I have tried 2 separate accounts yet neither of them will accept money? Seems legit. Receiving money to these accounts from any other gaming site isn’t an issue though.

I have now been advised that I will need to set up an e-wallet with what appears to be another dubious website in order to get my winnings which I declined as my withdrawal method is clearly accepted by the site and the reviews of the site they recommended will do nothing other than open me up to fraud.

They have now removed my ability to withdraw to any Visa or MasterCard and it constantly says to check the details. These details are still fine to deposit with though?!

I am now worried that I have sent all of my personal information to these sharks whole clearly aren’t legitimate and I fear my card and passport details are now on the open market as the company is immoral.

I have asked resolver to step in but I’m not holding my breath for a resolution.

Avoid at all costs!! I won 1200 euros on this site no bonus involved. My withdrawal got declined 6 times even after sending all the relevant documents in. It takes 36hrs for a withdrawal to go through and be excepted. So everytime your withdrawl gets declined the whole time frame starts again! It's all to prolong your withdrawal so you lose it again as its still on your account. In the end I spent it as I New I had no chance of getting my money anyway. Please do not ever play here!! They are scammers!!

Having read the reviews of this site I was a bit worried about actually withdrawing and getting any of my winnings, however I've now made 2 withdrawals and they've worked perfectly. I have used Bitcoin for deposit and withdrawal, and these have processed within the stated 36 hours. Yes, you do need to provide ID and address info, but this is standard these days. The support on chat is really helpful. Bear in mind there is a playthrough requirement on deposits, which is 3x, so you will need to do this before withdrawal.
