JUST GOT SCAMMED, put in 80 pounds won about 200, and then lost money until 50, tried to withdraw 50 and could not withdraw anything as it was saying limit is 150 minimum, I was just going to put 100 more to try to withdraw as the limit is 150 when I saw the reviews, right when I realized it is a scam the site went in maintenance mode. Basically, I got scamed. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME, I think most of the people here put a lot more than me. TURN THIS SITE DOWN how many people more have to get scammed?

Zero stars scammer website will not allow me to withdraw money into my bank account. Only want me to withdraw through perfect money or bitcoin.

Absolutely shocking I have 8000 in the account and they won’t let me withdraw the funds !!! Keep saying take it out threw perfect money which is dodgy to say the least it’s a complete scam . Does anyone else have the same problems? Please do not use this site you will never get your winnings

Just to Let You all Know i would have given them Zero Stars this is an illegal Company as they are not aloud to advertise on uk sites without a uk Gambling Licence after being with them over 6 Months they took thousands from me without being able to withdraw a penny of winnings. i have now had contact with the fraud team and uk Police aswell as The Gambling Commision in there Country and its in there hands. They will make excuses that they are having trouble sending out visa and mastercard payments and you need to sign up too a crypto wallet to withdraw money. then they will offer you bonuses to keep you hooked when you cant even withdraw if you win. Please be aware they are a total scam site with no Morals and i have reported them to the fraud team Beware People !!!!!

Had received a free 8 euro bet yesterday which did have a wagering requirement but didn’t win anything with it anyway deposited 100 today. Won 200. But would not let me withdraw as I hadn’t made the wagering requirements from the 8 euros. So basically the wagering requirements still need to be met even if you didn’t win anything with it. This has to be illegal surely

FAKE WEBSITE - put £20 in won around £240 withdrew they rejected the withdrawal request - asked why they said they needed documents - sent these over even wanted a selfie of me as well the weirdos. Put that through sent the request off again to withdraw, then rejected again asked why they said Visa payments issue (they’re happy taking your money though). Told me to sign up to another payment wallet website that looked dodgy but I did this anyway - put through the withdrawal to that method they the rejected saying I’ve violated the casino rules apparently and now my money has disappeared. Please don’t get SCAMMED by these like I did!!

Payments have gone out to my bank to different countries and people all over the world.
From China to Ukraine to Nairobi in Kenya to USA.
I've had Payments go out I didn't even authorise. Payments I did authorise not go into my account.
I won €10,000 euro with proof on of a snap shot on my phone. Only to be ignored when tried to withdraw
According to this site and the other one I have no records of betting history in the last three weeks which is absolute rubbish. I also have snapshots of this.
The place in Kenya that took payments that was supposed to be this casino and slots n bets was a business that sells concert tickets, another business was down as an advertising business!!!
They have no responsible gambling tools. They are operating out of UK law.
They are slipping under the radar by having businesses take the payments that aren't registered as casinos.

Worst site ever DO NOT engage on this site..... They don't have a licence for UK citizens I'm currently working with the police and action fraud to get my money back the police have been very good and there is an on going investigation . Stay away there very dangerous

Every bad review you read on here is true.
I have won 25k, no bonus's no wager. Tried to make a withdrawal with the same way a in deposits with Visa rejected, then tried bit coin, rejected, then set up these banks iv never heard of as the directed as they are having 'technical issues', finnaly I had a withdrawal approved but no money come out... Again I wrote to them and they advised I tried again, but nothing for 3 days its stuck in 'pending' which they advertise it would be approved in 36 hours, they are just telling me to wait. In between all this for the past month of trying to get this money they ask for all sorted of details, pictures of card, holding the card, a passport (driving liscense doesn't work) pictures of the banks eg... All this verification just to keep you waiting probably in hope you will spend your winnings.
This site is a total failure to genuine people, due to the amount of money I have won I will be taking legal action if not resolved.

This is by far THE worst casino on the internet. Do not register with them, do not send them any information. I won 10k from legitimate deposits to be told I had not really won this and they wanted me to take a photo of myself with my I.d and their logo behind me ? I sent them other information and blocked out thinks like last four digits of card numbers etc ( that they didn’t need to confirm my details) to be told they were rejecting my withdrawal. I was then contacted by my “personal manager” who said they had a problem with my bank, my ID and how many free spins I’d had. I have never in my life felt so pressured and angry. I then preceded to tell them that I wanted my money back immediately or I would be taking their company to court. In the end they did give me £750 which is the most they will ever give anyone, but months after I noticed little amounts of money going out of my bank everyday to a Russian bank account. Obviously I called my bank, they had been fraudulently charging my card. Because they could not find out where they were charging it to my bank could do nothing so I had to change all my details. It really is not worth it to play on this site. I just hope the law catches up with them and closes them down !

I have been using a lot of bookmakers during these past years but I've never seen something like this. Fortune clock is the worst thing I've ever used. I finally managed to withdraw some money after having sent I don't know how many docs and have opened an electronic wallet. I won another 150€ and requested a new withdraw and guess what? Withdraw rejected and Account blocked for 75 days with the possibility to have it closed and lose all my funds. Please guys use any other website on this planet but DO NOT give your money to this scammers. I'm disgusted

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
I deposited a total of 8 times and when I eventually won I was told I hadn't played through 3x yet... This isn't for bonus funds this is your actual money. And to make it worse its 3x lifetime deposits not the actual amount you deposit as its in their TOS.

Things got even worse when attempting to take the minimum amount they allow for withdrawal. The mastercard visa withdrawal won't work and the only other options are dodgy websites you've never heard of. 8 total failed withdrawals now each time the funds stay usable as I guess they want you to spin it all away. They aren't interested in paying out if you gamstopped like I did this website preys on us and what makes it bad is they stack the odds which are already against us way higher and make it nearly impossible to withdraw any winnings.

If you are reading this and are in the same position I.E gamstopped don't bother. You don't even get the same buzz and you won't get to see your winnings or will have to jump through so many hoops to get them through some dodgy method you've never heard of.

EDIT: After checking if they take gamstop customers prior to signing up which they confirmed they did they have now blocked my account and you can't withdraw from a blocked account. Bear in mind this is how they act with the minimum 150 euro withdrawal.

You cannot an will not be able to withdraw your winnings. Asked for countless forms of i.d. of which i supplied. Still couldnt withdraw winnings. Ive managed to close the account. But please do not use this site for an reason, you are not gambling as gambling means you have a chance of winning.

Hey guys I did write yesterday about them and today so funny they rejeceted my withdrawal to my card and the reason was that my bank account didn't accepted the funds what Simon said in the phone but in the live chat they said it is a technical issue😅 anyway Simon said I can now withdrawal to a different method so I told him I opened an adv cash account and I requested a withdrawal to that. So that was rejected again as they wanted to know that that adv cash account belongs to me no problem straight send them what they wanted and they told me all good I can now witthdraw somehow they rejected again😅 this time I asked again in live chat what this time the problem is, they texting me saying I didn't respond to the payment departments email as they wanted a selfie picture of me holding my ID next to me (that email I never received) anyway I told him to proof this email he texting me he can't as it is the payments departments email🤣 (there is not an email like that) anyway I did send them that aswell😅 and asked him if there ia anything else they want so I can send it to them instead of to come with new things everytime😅 they texted no all fine, so now another request to withdraw and lets see what will come this time, really interested😅! Really fed up! All I want is my money, which belongs to me! And they keep rejecting it! I have every proof! All the evidence! So they rejected adv cash and told me there is a technichal issue and forcing me to use bitcoinchain!
