They verify fake photos
My close family member lost thousands being scammed by this site. She continued to talk to a "man" bc the site claimed he was fully verified. She called customer service many times to double check that he was "real" and "verified by the site". They straight out lied to her and told her nothing to worry about he is fully verified. However when I ran each of the "verified" photos thru multiple AI detectors they all came up 99% AI generated / fake photo. This is a complete scam site. I have the photos and screen shots to prove everything I have said. I have also filed a formal complaint with law enforcement.
And...as a response to their disingenuous comment on my review...I sent them the screenshot evidence of their deceptive fake verified profiles. Happy to share my experience with anyone searching for information on this scam site or if anyone is interested in joining a class action suit: Just message me: Enough is enough with this type of predatory behavior on senior citizens.

My revised response following reply follows:
After receiving Fortunamor’s reply to my initial review, I revisited the site to reassess my experience. Unfortunately, the response did not address any of the substantive issues I raised, and the concerns about authenticity remain unchanged.
Once inside the platform, the patterns are consistent and difficult to ignore:
Multiple profiles send near‑identical introductory messages with polished, generic language.
Several messages contain placeholder or nonsensical text (“AAAAA…”), which strongly suggests scripted or automated content rather than real user interaction.
Every conversation prompt is designed to encourage paid engagement, with no evidence of genuine back‑and‑forth or natural human behaviour.
The platform relies heavily on a credit‑driven chat model, which creates a financial incentive for prolonged, non‑substantive messaging.
There is no visible transparency about who operates the profiles or whether any of the interactions involve real individuals.
Fortunamor’s reply to my original review was polite but generic, and did not address these specific concerns. Nothing in their response explained the scripted messages, the placeholder text, or the uniform behaviour across profiles.
Based on what I observed, I remain concerned that the platform does not operate as a genuine dating service. My updated view is that users should approach with caution and be aware of the credit‑driven structure and the lack of evidence of real human interaction.
The review responses seem as AI based as the profiles. Never address the issue and deflect to their support area as the “right place” for raising issues.
The problem with that is that people’s experiences and learnings wouldn’t get out so potential users can make informed choices.

Overcharge for supposedly free services
I am constantly being overcharged for services that say they are free. I have asked before for this to be addressed. No reply. I have spent 100’s of dollars on this site. While I appreciate the connection I have, I believe what you are doing is technically fraud. If this is not addressed quickly I will be turning this matter over to the New York State Attorney General’s office, as well to my local senator’s office. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
