It's been almost a month since my order and I have yet to hear anything about my order being shipped. I have tried to contact them on two separate occasions and neither email has received a response.

I purchased two 42g Body Glide Anti Chaff Balms from For Runners By Runners. It arrived on a very hot day and I was out at the time. I have provided a very large parcel box for receiving parcel while I am out. There is a notice on the front doorstep, in one-inch bold lettering saying “IF NO ONE IS IN, PLEASE PUT THE PARCEL IN THE BROWN BIN LABELLED "PARCEL BIN" BY THE SIDE/BACK GATE. THANK YOU”. The carrier, “Royal mail” left the parcel right beside this notice on the doorstep and the contents melted. I complained to Royal Mail who took 2 weeks to get back to me, when they did I was told that I would have to contact the seller to make a claim from them, who would then claim from Parcel Force, as the seller was their customer, not me the buyer.

I have tried over the last several weeks to contact For Runners By Runners by both telephone and email. The telephone just goes into answer-phone with a message that they will get back to me, which they never have and the emails have never been answered either.

My sincere advice to you is to not use a company with such a poor customer service policy, if they actually have one at all.

FRBR commented on my review, but still have not had the good manners to reply to any of my personal communications as their website promises they will. My advice to FRBR; when in hole, stop digging.

My trainers were delivered within 48 hours as promised, along with a super comfy free pair of running socks, which was greatly appreciated.
I contacted them re. a query regarding the delivery address and also to enquire when they would arrived. I received a prompt and helpful response to my queries. I was delighted when I received my package and the trainers have been super comfy whilst running and otherwise ever since!

I am concerned about the lack communication from this company. I paid £180 for a pair of Asics Metaracers back in May on pre-order and they have not yet arrived. I have sent a number of emails and tried telephoning to see when the shoes are likely to be delivered- I am racing in an elite marathon in six weeks time and concerned I won’t get a chance to test the shoes out over the coming weeks. It is the lack of customer service that worries me- they we’re pretty-order so there was always going to be a delay on delivery but an August delivery was indicated and time is ticking. Please respond here or to my emails!!!

Like others ordered a pair of trainers that are in stock for immediate dispatch and haven’t heard a squeak since. The company does not respond to e-mails or answer the phone provided. Watch out! Order 31399. Still no communication from the company despite promises to look into it below. I haven’t had such experience for a very long while.

Like a few people I have pre-ordered running shoes from this company months ago, I have had no updates regarding my order, when I log onto my account all it says in the status in that the order is in progress.
When I tried ringing no one picks up and your asked to leave a message, tried the email address and that does not seemed to be working either.
I think that the company needs to put out an honest statement if they are having issues with stock, make sure they can be contacted efficiently and give refunds quickly.
If they don't get their act in order trading standards need to look into them, maybe contact BBC watchdog and at worst websites should pull their ads as it reflects on them too.

Placed an order weeks ago and paid for their fastest delivery service, as it was stated online that the product was in stock and would be despatched immediately. I paid that delivery fee as I wanted the item for a specific trip, I am now home from said trip and it hasn't even despatched. I have had no response to any emails or phone calls.

I can't understand why this company won't answer phone calls and just ignore emails.
The only way to contact them appears to be through sites like this. No wonder they get bad reviews!
I pre-ordered a pair of Asics Metaracers back in May and 3 months later I have heard absolutely nothing.

I wrote the below (now updated) to reflect 2 months of issues with Forerunnersbyrunners. I will certainly never use them again. However, after 2 months and lots of threats a refund was processed. Updated comment : For Runners By Runners is not a legitimate company. All the ratings about shoes not being sent and refunds not being received could easily happen to you. There are many legitimate on line sport shoe companies. Do not use these guys unless you want to waste your time, money and effort.

If i could give this shower a minus rating i would. I ordered a wetsuit n paid for express delivery. After almost 3 weeks with no update on item. After leaving many messages on email, voicemail and instagram with absolutely no response i got intouch with paypal. I swiftly got a refund. Stay well away from forrunnersbyrunners terrible company never again. Lesson learned ill review companies in future.

Yes you are correct a full refund was issued but only because paypal got involved... It is a disgraceful way to run a company by taking orders/money but not delivering the goods. Also no responce on email, phone or instagram. Buyer bewarned stay well away 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered and paid for my item over 3 weeks ago but have heard nothing. My account still says pending? I believe this is a sham company!! I have sent 4 emails and tried the phone number many times!! Also left Facebook messenger message but no reply?

Placed an order on the 26th of June. I did not receive a delivery date, yet received an invoice. I attempted to make contact through phone, messenger and Gmail, to no avail.
My order did eventually arrive 3 weeks later, with no expected delivery date or communication. The worst service I have ever used. Avoid ForRunnersByRunners!

Ordered Saucony Endorphin Speed running shoes via website but they were unable to make delivery in time for my deadline due to late delivery of stock by saucony/UPS.

Communication was good after an initial hickupp, and For runners by runners were decent and honourable in their dealings. Gave a full refund since they were unable to make delivery in time. Would happily use them again.

There seem to be a lot of suspiciously malicious reviews on this site and I would wonder if some of them are genuine. My experience was good.
