I still have not received it after 3.5 months and no response from the company and

My husband ordered a pair of Saucony Omni women's shoes on 16 December, and it still says 'In Progress'. Both he and I have used the email address, page contact form, and Facebook messenger to enquire as to the status of the order and, eventually, to request a refund, but have received ZERO reply. We're convinced this company is a scam and will be reporting it to the relevant UK authorities.

Ordered Runners at the start of July and after 2 weeks emailed and they couldnt find them and provided another option and another 3 weeks i still have nothing. They told me they were still waiting for them to come in after waiting for 5 weeks and asked for my money back. There reply is a lie.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 16 May 2025 and have still not received them, despite many chasing emails.
I have now asked for a refund and am still awaiting a response

I ordered some swimming googles but they never arrived. I rang the number on the website, but get an automated message saying the number is not in service. I have emailed them, but had no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They take your money and don't send your order.

Placed an order on 4 February 2025, number of emails and no reply. Telephone number provided does not work. I suspect they out of business.

Order placed on 5 February. Still not arrived almost 3 weeks later. I contacted then 4 times by email and their website and got no reply. No answer too when you ring them.

Placed an order on the 8th of April (ID43054), marked as delivered but I have still not received. Have attempted to make contact on multiple occasions and had no reply. Do not recommend if you don't want your money stolen!

I ordered wetsuit glue 3 months ago and have never received the product or a refund.

This is despite For Runners By Runners replying to my email last month saying "I have just checked on this and you are correct. Not sure at this point why the item has not shipped. We can ship tomorrow or we can issue a full refund."

They have my money, but have neither provided a refund or the product.

Such a scam - Do not buy from them.

I placed an order on 14 May for trainers for a birthday present. I paid £9.99 for next day express delivery. The order has not even been processed yet. The number they supply on the invoice does not exist. They don't reply to any emails. Such a terrible company. I cannot believe they are allowed to get away with such horrendous service. This is THEFT! I will be taking this to my bank. I cannot believe how many other customers have been scammed by them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a pair of Achilles tendon socks waited a long time for delivery, then I got an email stating they had refunded my order which I had not requested for them to do so I needed the socks for an event and they did not arrive due to refund action. I emailed stating the above I have had no response thus far. Very disappointed.

Exceptionally concerning:
- Order placed ID42693, confirmed and paid £159.99 (not an insignificant amount of money).
- Confirmation of dispatch immediate.
- Tracking number provided invalid, so no means to locate items or even confirm they are in transit.
- All email attempts to check tracking number etc unanswered.
- Tel no. Invalid. (took from invoice and website). Website states may not be able to answer. But this phone line will not even connect.
- No trainers received - no means to know if ever shipped let alone will they arrive. Am I permanently out of pocket?
- Have had to purchase items through other means, so essentially have paid out for 2 pairs of trainers.
- Require reassurance and proof from the company I have engaged in a legitimate transaction.

Reviewing here as experience seems attune to others (I wish I saw this before my purchase). Hoping this may provoke some kind of response from the company.

I ordered some laces at the beginning of Jan, stated to be in stock on the site. Over two weeks later no laces and no emails outlining any issues. So I sent an email asking to cancel the order. No communications or confirmation afterwards. Then recently, over a week after I sent that cancellation, I receive the laces.
For a company like this, experience shows it is not worth trying to get a refund, so given the value of the laces I will just leave it... but I strongly recommend to think twice before using a company that struggles so much to have the most basic form of customer service, particularly if buying anything of significant value.

I was looking for a pair of compression socks and came across your site. The site is very informative and my order arrived in no time.

Great Customer service! My overseas order was lost but as soon as I got in contact with the customer service group, they re-shipped a replacement order straight away. With the massive amount of online options these days, price and customer service count for everything. I have used this shop in the past, and will definitely use them more in the future.
