Ordered new trainers and arrived within 4 working days. I’d had a few issues ordering the trainers from other outlets but not For Runners by Runners. Highly recommend and will definitely use again

Paid for an item which I never received. ID38395. Several emails, zero response. The only response was to my complaint on this platform. They asked for order number and then did nothing with this information. Its a ploy to seem responsive. So there's my order number, how will you respond now?

Complete scammers. Never order here.
First didn't have the product, and before sending took multiple weeks.
Then when they sent it they didn't pay for shipment fees, even though I paid 30 euros for this.
Barely replied, didn't pay the costs for importing product to mainland Europe.
Very dishonest and bad experience. Don't recommend buying here

I ordered these laces after my daughter recommended them. They are brilliant. I have them in my trainers and it means its so easy now to put on & take off ( better than tying & untying laces!) perfect

I ordered three adidas beanie hats on May 14th 2021, its now 31st December 2021, still not received item!!! , no reply to my emails and no one answers the telephone number. Horrific customer service...will you resolve my issue? or are you content is taking my money and not even giving a refund, it is tantamount to theft.

Ordered an item over a week ago although they said quick despatch and delivery(which was a lie) still not received item.Although the company had very,very poor reviews i always give everyone a chance,however this company is as bad as they say.Do not order from this company.Barely any response.Fake tracking number.Use other well known companies but not this company their totally incompetent.I'd like to give this company minus 5 stars for their hilarious bad customer service,however they have achieved a decent bench mark on how NOT to run a business.

Great service...i ordered the wrong size product , the company spoke to me quickly we changed my order with their help i got the right items ....and it arrived next day! Perfect ...thank you guys!

We placed our order on 25 September 2021 and received a confirmation email straight away. Disappointedly we are still waiting to receive our order which was a birthday present for our son. Despite emailing them and phoning we have been unable to get a response as to when our items will be delivered but the money has been taken from our account. They don’t answer the phone so our only option is to try and claim our money back from the credit card company.

I wanted a pair of the same 2XU calf guards, which I had previously purchased from a different supplier. The supplier I used previously didn't have them in stock so decided to but from a running shop. After visiting 3 running shops and them all not having what I wanted, I looked on line. Again having made the relevant searches, I kept going back to Runners By Runners. Everytime time they ticked all the boxes, I then made the decision to purchase from them.
Throughout the process everything from posted online description product price to the actual order was painless. They were exactly what I wanted. They even came a day earlier than expected.
In future should I be unable to purchase in a shop any running gear I require, I know where to look online. 5 stars for 5 star service

My first time purchasing from this company & won’t be the last. I was horrified to see all the negative reviews ‘after’ I’d paid for my items online & kicked myself for not looking prior to payment!! How wrong I was.. less than 48hours later my postman has just delivered my ASCICS runners & Im delighted with the footwear & the service I e received!!

I love seamie the manger of runners for runners I get shoes of him and I got a pair sent to the house in the post due to covid and the shoes are 100 percent and he throws socks in for free see u soon seamie and grainne from your number one customer

Placed an order on the September 19th and after 10 business days I’m still waiting for it. Nobody answers your emails or phone calls, total scam!

Still waiting for my order to be fulfilled. ID 36180 ordered on 31 Jul. I emailed a hastener on 11 Aug and got a holding response. I have emailed three times since and no response. I'm disappointed, if my expectation had been better managed and I had been communicated with I wouldn't have been quite so annoyed, but still not got the trainers after very nearly two months, even though the web page shows stock.

Excellent service and response, had a minor issue with two of the laces I bought and the company very kindly, and quickly, sent me a mixed set of colours to replace, well done!

Ordered a Gatosport hydration vest in June. Arrived ok. First use the elastic cord for tightening water flask at front broke.

Emailed company about how I claim a replacement or refund. Said they’d look into it and that I should expect a reply in a day or two.

Weeks have gone by and no response.

If you phone you just get answerphone every time.

No response to several emails.

The company’s customer service mission statement is a joke.

Looks like a claim will now have to be made via credit card.

Avoid buying from this company!

Absolutely shocking company. Purchased some items via their website on 8th July for a charity walk I will be doing from 26th-30th July. All items purchased were advertised as being in stock on their website which was a complete an utter lie. After taking payment I never heard anything back from them with regards to my order and when I checked my order status it kept on saying that it was in progress. After over a week of nothing from them I tried to contact them via the phone number on their website. All I can say is don’t bother as no one picked it up after numerous time trying. Emailed them and received an email back a few days later stating that only one of the three items I ordered were in stock and that it would be sent to me while they waited on stock of the other items. I emailed the company again to state that I was not happy and that I wanted a refund as I would have to order the other items from somewhere else so I could have them on time for my charity walk. 5 days have passed and have not received any word back from them, even tried to phone them again but as usual no one will pick up. Looks as though I will need to put in a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. All I can say is that this is a shambles of a company and I will never be using them again. They are very happy to take your money but no deliver the service they promise. Stay well clear.

purchased items which were identified as in stock 10 days ago, order is still sitting in "Approved For Processing" state. Obviously my payment has been received but nothing has happened since. I have tried phoning and emailed several times looking to cancel my order as I needed the items last week. Still no contact from anyone. Avoid this online shop

Ordered exactly a month ago now 48 packs of Powergel cola flavoured gels which I needed for my training and running race coming up. It all feels like a total scam, zero customer service and still no receipt of item purchased. I would never recommend this online company and now looking for a total refund, may get this by Christmas. A total farce !

Order ID35622 placed on the 5th June 2021 for Powergel Shots Cola Flavour 2 boxes X 24 packs.
We sent 3 emails one on the 19th June 2021, Saturday 3rd July 2021 to which you responded that you would check on the order and apologised for the delay. I sent a final email on 5th July 2021 before asking my credit card company for a full refund since you were not forthcoming with any information as to when my order might be delivered. I also called your business number numerous times with no responds.
The fact you are unable to find my order is not surprising as I honestly don't think you have a clue what an order looks like or how to deliver on the order. Customer service Zero , Communication Zero, Implementation Zero, Delivery Zero.

I have checked my credit card from the time we ordered to date and no refund was ever made except by my credit card company for the dispute of not having received the item.
The sorting office or Royal mail or which ever courier you believe you sent the package with never left a card or message or try to deliver as we work from home and there is always someone here I find it hard to believe we might have missed this package if it was ever sent.
