I had an excellent experience at Formula Health. I went in for acupuncture because I suddenly developed very strong hay fever last spring: something I had never had before. I was struggling to breathe, antihistamine tablets barely worked, and nasal sprays only helped for a couple of days before things got worse. I even woke up at night because I couldn’t breathe properly.

After just the first acupuncture session, I noticed a huge improvement. My hay fever symptoms became much weaker, and after the following sessions, they disappeared completely. Katherine, the acupuncturist, was fantastic and really helped me feel so much better. Since my symptoms were under control, the last session also focused on my gut health, and I left feeling relaxed, balanced, and relieved from all the tension that had built up.

I’m also very grateful to Gemma for recommending these treatments: without her, I would never have known that acupuncture can help with hay fever. It’s a shame that acupuncture isn’t formally recognised in the UK for treating hay fever, because my results were genuinely life-changing.

I really appreciate the help from the whole team at Formula Health, and I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in preventative medicine.
