Silva Wellness centre is amazing!
Went to a Gratitude and Sound Healing workshop which was wonderful! Led by Angie Fernandes and Claire Nowland it was inspiring and I now try to be more grateful. There were lots of good suggestions and ideas. The sound healing and Reiki session was amazing! Highly recommend Silva Wellness centre - a very special, welcoming and calm place!

Silva Wellness is just what this world needs. The atmosphere is so calming, warm and welcoming. You really feel taken care of as soon as you enter the building. The services and everyone in the team are sincerely the best around. If you’re looking to dramatically improve your life, you need to come here.

a beautiful healing and rejuvenating experience
I attended a free community relaxation and cacao ceremony workshop. They put these sessions on because they believe in giving back.
Having attended a few free events with different organisations in the past I was gratified; every element of the event was first class from the welcome to the ceremony.
No skimping, particularly person - centred, time was taken to answer all questions and a lovely comfortable healing environment. I was really impressed.
As a result of this experience I have no hesitation in seeking treatment with Silva Wellness.

I did a Breathwork session with Alex. It was a great session and very emotive and I felt great afterwards.
