I have not reached the diamond yet, so I can't comment on it.

I thought this would be a fun gift for my daughter-in-law’s birthday basket. Shipping was fast but other than that I have nothing good to say. The label was put on upside down and looked ridiculous and cheap so I couldn’t even give it to her. It has no smell whatsoever. I thought maybe I got duped but the package came from their Austin, TX address so it was legit! Won’t order again!

What didn't go wrong.

The marketing is deceptive. They market as "genuine diamonds in every candle" but then once you get to the vile, scan the code to see the value of the "diamond" and look at the authenticity certificate that Foreverwick provided, not GIA, it says that it is a sustainable LABGROWN diamond.

They do not advertise this anywhere.

2 of the 6 candle I bought were broken in pieces.

Not packaged as "fragile" or wrapped sufficiently to ship across country.

Customer service requested I either pay shipping to replace the broken candles or gt a store credit for future purchases.

When I emailed about the false advertising after broaching the subject of the broken candles, they insisted that they advertise as lab grown and closed my claim.

I have scoured their website for any comments of lab grown and all it says is genuine diamonds in every candle, real diamond inside, genuine diamond, over and OVER.

I have reported them to Better Business Burrough, FTC, and Texas state attorney general's office for false and misleading advertising, which is illegal.

The scents are almost non-existent (and yes they were burned in the appropriately sized rooms for the candle size), the wicks are too big for the vessels which creates a flame that is too large and therefore dangerous.

I was supposed to receive a $30 free gift and 2 free diamonds with my purchase.

The free "diamonds" were not included and the "free gift" was coupons to purchase from a 3rd party and therefore not an actual gift and also misleading.

I suggest you also report them if you have experienced a similar experience with them.

Not sure which was worse - the candle or the customer service. I ordered 2 as they seemed cool. When I got them, neither had any scent. They also burned out in 2 days (when other similar sized candles last 6 or 7 days which I told them). When I emailed them about the issues, they blamed no scent on my nose. Really? 5 different people agreed with no scent. Every email from customer service was filled with excuses and blaming me instead of taking accountability for an inferior product. Just awful customer service showing they care about their money instead of customers being happy. . If you're thinking of getting these because you think they're cool, buyer beware.

Its a damn good thing I own a magnifying glass cuz your going to need one to actually see the diamond they send

got a Nift gift for a $19 candle. I ordered and the code did not work, so I paid $90 for a candle/shower bomb set. tried to place the order again with the code working this time around. emailed the company right away with no response multiple times starting just a few minutes after placing the orders. this company's customer service is horrible! if you order...just beware of that if you need to get a hold of someone.

Bought the best christmas gift here for my wife. She loves it!

Nothing at all inside the glass vial! My wife cried! I gave it to her with some other things for our tenth anniversary! But this one was what she was excited about! Burnt the candle got the vial scanned the code said a $25 diamond was inside! NOPE NOT A DAMN THING!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Never received my items
Kept receiving generic emails saying they would check on my order update...1 month later and nothing has even been sent. Complete scam

Candle was abit small for the price and not enough scent..

Well, I've just purchased from them, don't know if the product is any good yet, but I was given a gift vault link that doesn't work at all, even tho it said a $50 gift card, also with there Christmas special said 80%off plus a free candle with purchase but did not see it added to cart not sure how that works and also trying to get in touch with them has not been easy nor has it happened to address the concerns and issue!! So, so far a little disappointed and hope all gets resolved!!!

I am genuinely disappointed in the fact that we scanned our diamond from a labelled "genuine" diamond candle, turns out the diamond was not genuine but instead came with a correctly labelled "sustainable" lab grown diamond. When you clearly see the labelled difference and get the incorrect product at the end is very disheartening. We were excited and discussing the difference in genuine and sustainable lab diamonds. To receive something that is incorrectly labeled "genuine" was definitely disappointing.
I hope it is just a manufacturing issue. Hand poured, named and labelled genuine that turns out to be false really makes you loose faith in a companies authenticity.

I ordered a gift for my girlfriend on the 5th of December, and I still have not received them. It’s now Christmas Day. I emailed them a week ago and have not received a response. The tracking number won’t even tell me where they are. It just says “waiting for details”. The is a bad 1st Experiance with this company…

The diamonds that was sent separetly & in the candles that were marked genuine was anywhere valued at $25. That was the company Foreverick said it was value at.I took the 2 diamonds (1 from the candle & the other from the little zip bag.) to my jewler(who sells diamonds) to check with them and I was shocked & disappointed. the one was a 'real' diamond with a chip edge and a flaw/crack in the middle-which makes the value -worthlesss. The other one looked great but was worthless it was man-made. They were very tiny but under thier microscope attach to the laptop they showed me. so the 2 that was labled real diamond are worthless. I bought 4 candles in my 1st order & 4 in my 2nd order. which now I wish I didnt; and I will not recommend buying. The candles didnt have a cover over them, which caused all the different scents to hit you all at once when you open the box. I had to put plastic wrap over them. Plus the label on the candles didnt show the fragrance of the candles, which made it difficult to know who I was going to give the candle to(because allergy to some fragrence) Shipping was okay; came in a timely matter. but the packaging was not okay. For the price I expected better quality

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 5 candles and when they got here two were shattered. They were not wrapped properly and put in a large box, so they bounced around in this box. They refuse to send me new candles unless I pay shipping. They messed up in the packaging and want me to pay shipping. Their customer service is horrible. BBB is investigating them due to so many complaints

Ordered candles 2 weeks before cutoff and was told 2-5 days. Plenty of time before Christmas. Now I’m being told it won’t arrive till Dec 26th so much for a Christmas surprise!! Meanwhile on the 19th-20th they’re still offering before Christmas delivery. There response was sorry you can refuse it and we’ll refund your $ less shipping of course which is bullshit. It’s their fault it wasn’t shipped on time! I suggest if you want a candle by Christmas 2026 order it now in 2025. Extremely dissatisfied customer if I could give no stars I would. Their inefficiency ruined a nice Christmas suprise!!!!

They want $40 shipping to mail ONE $24 bath bomb! They’ve seriously lost their damn minds! This company has went to complete shit the past few years. The candles are smaller, the diamonds are barely specks now and shipping is outrageous. Who in their right mind is going to pay $40 shipping for a friggn bath bomb. I hope this this company goes out of business because it’s nothing but a scam rip off
