Customer support was super quick and helpful in their response to my issue! They were beyond friendly which is surprising in this day and age. Although my issue was out of their hands, the friendliness and quick response was awesome! Thanks again!

Though I haven’t gotten my package yet, given the fact I had just ordered, it was really easy to navigate the website and had no trouble whatsoever. I’ll also say that they were also very fast to communicate with me to make sure that I gave my shipping address because I forgot to put it in. I can not wait to get my product!!!! And thank you for being fast to communicate!!

Customer service alone! I received an update showing winner of the pink diamond which is really nice, matches my hair color haha Anyway, I didn't know your company is in Austin, Texas where I went to high school and graduated from Reagan High. I sent a message sharing that memory and my late grandmother being in politics and cool stories which the rep enjoyed and responded to, but not missing her chance to speak about the company and product which was really professional and strategic and actually pretty cool how she worked it. I give her an A++++++++++++++++++ and she has me looking closer at these candles 🤗🩷🤗

This companies is full of shit I waited 4 weeks for a shit smelling candle with absolutely nothing in the bottom scam artists at their finest

I never read anywhere on their website that they use LAB Diamonds. Not even worth spending the money they ask for the candles. LAB Diamonds are pretty worthless and they should make it obvious that the Diamonds are LAB!!! I have plenty of pictures to prove it!

Oh my gosh, I have purchased many of these candles. But the last one…F-CAW-F was a gift. I work on a Venus Fly Trap Farm. They have chickens.. when I heard the chicken make that sound. I died laughing.. they make that sound to let you know they laid an egg. So I gave the owner of the firm one for his birthday.👌🏼 he loved it. They smelled fabulous too.. finding a diamond is an extra bonus☮️♥️👌🏼

I've ordered more than once - one time, the glass on a candle was broken but customer service was eager and helpful to resolve it with MY choice of refund or store credit. More recently, we lost power during a winter storm and lit several (about 10) of their candles in the bedroom - warm glow, soothing smell, and raised the temperature 15 degrees higher than the rest of the house. I'm sure they weren't thinking 'emergency candle' but 'emergency' means 'do what you can with what you got.' Yes, there are diamonds. Yes, they are real. Yes, you can 'trade in' for diamond jewelry. Yes, I'll buy more.

Well I will say the candles smell good . I bought two candles and I’m sorry but the diamond they put in there is as small as a grain of sand . 54$ NOT well spent also the package got lost in the mail it was a month before I received them. Smh don’t get sucked in cause it’s all just a scam

First off their candles are #1 in my book and I am a huge huge candle user!
I ordered candles from them a couple times and absolutely fell in love with the candles and the company.
I have never met customer service representatives that are as prompt, polite and courteous, they took care of a small detail in my order,that I found seriously within ONE day!!…I’ve been in customer service most of my working years, and I can truthfully say these people are the bomb!!
I would work with them any day! If you’re thinking about buying a candle don’t think anymore just do it. You will be a repeat customer also.!

If they say you get a free $30 mystery gift, be aware that it is a gift certificate to one of several third party vendors of things like towels, jumper cables, or costume jewelry, and that the cheapest item you can spend it on is $55. That means it is not a gift but a discount.

They claim they sent an email with details on how to claim the mystery gift, but it never arrived - not in the inbox, not in the spam folder, not in any search. I said I had checked the spam folder, etc. They wrote back that I should check my spam folder. Not that I would use it anyway, I have very nice towels and a perfectly serviceable pair of jumper cables.

They will sell your personal information unless you send them an email or a letter via snail mail.

You cannot pick what color/scent for the Love Bomb bath bomb. The picture on the product page is blue. What arrived was black. Like, BLACK. While my mother enjoyed the scent (it was a gift for her 75th birthday), she said it was kinda miserable on her deteriorating back having to “scrub the horrendous black ring off the tub”. Kinda negates the point of a nice relaxing bath.

Also, the product page indicates that there are two parts to the bath bomb: a foaming bubble bath and the effervescent bomb itself. That’s inaccurate, there was no foaming “frosting”.

When I entered the code for one of the diamonds into their Diamond Vault, the grading certificate (not a GIA certificate btw, just a certificate form signed by “Forever Wick”) was slightly inaccurate, stating no fluorescence, whereas the actual stone had moderate reddish-orange fluorescence under 365 nm UV.

Their customer service is swamped (wonder why). They don’t read your replies, they just seem to pick the most relevant form letter and call it good.

I will not do further business with them.

I was nervous at first but when my first candles arrived my wife just loved them and sure enough there were diamonds in everyone of them, we were so happy with them we ordered several more and looking forward to getting more in the future, all I can say is you will not regret buying there candles, the quality of them is really good and you can save the diamonds to get many other gifts

These aren't just candles! Its an experience! With a bonus of great smelling and burning candles! I got them for my kids! And we would talk about,what if? We just happened to find a large diamond!!! What would we have done!!! Not sure theirs any different sizes but its fun either way and none the less you still get diamonds!! The customer support is amazing and fast! I had a damaged candle that they quickly gave me options to correct the situation and sent me another replacement candle! If you haven't gotten yours yet you had better hurry before the one you want sells out fast!! Good luck and as always !!! God Bless !!!

Why can’t you put zero stars? This is not a customer service driven company. I ordered two candles on two different dates because with FedEx shipping, FedEx delivered to two different, wrong addresses. The pictures of the doorstep wasn’t my sons. That’s on FedEx, but this company didn’t give a damn. Hey, it shows delivered. Ordered one more time, sent to me, then sent via UPS to my son on my dime for his girlfriend. Non fragrant candle with a cheap diamond chip. Tried to file a claim for the two lost packages with FedEx. They have to be filed by the shipper. First this company said yes. Then they sent me the screen shots of the delivery. That’s not filing a claim! I’m out $100, and they think it’s a joke. They’ve changed social media from ForeverWick to Erich the Waxman. I assume it’s because of all of the rightly deserved negative comments. Sad thing? In theory, it’s a good idea, but EJ Enterprises, LLC of Chicago who ships from Austin? Stick with real estate. This is such a crappy business, I wouldn’t suggest it to someone I don’t like, it would just be cruel. They don’t seem to give a rats ass about service, just getting your money and moving on to the next person. I doubt anyone has received anything bigger than .035 of a carat despite the big diamonds he shows. Or are they diamonds? Who knows. Save your money, buy a nice candle and get her a nice diamond. Your chances of winning the Powerball are better than getting a valuable diamond here. My opinion, folks.

Ordered 3 times from them 2 of my orders had problems. The last issue I had they told me to check my email again but is was something they were supposed to send me.
