Fabulous service from Shaun and Sarah. I ordered the large rectangle and mini led base for my friends 60th birthday. It arrived in a couple of days. I opened the boxes and put the crystal on the led base.
All I can say is , Wow, the picture was of my friends mum , the images on the website don't do the product justice. They took a 2d picture and turned it into a 3d image in the crystal. The result is stunning and I'm sure she will be thrilled with it. I'm now looking at some of my photos to get one for myself. Many thanks.

Absolutely stunning piece that sits proudly on my unit exceptionally quality and really heavy a fitting tribute to my beautiful dog Minnie, it came in a beautiful velvet box and was very well packaged plus the delivery was super fast I couldn’t recommend enough ( I had to purchase 2 because I got the year wrong on the 1st but totally my fault I loved it so much I didn’t mind paying again)

first they use Royal Mail so thats a benefit to begin as everi are next to useless, product is amazing medium size nice but think smaller size be more useful for displaying personally. its well made picture so well engraved onto item and can see its us together clearly just so pleased. if pay by paypal made it easier to pay with over 3 months, i would say you wont be dissapointed.

I have recently ordered from Forever Always and had an excellent experience. I first got in touch with Shaun as I was not sure if the images I had were the right quality. He got back in touch within 20 mins, and assured me any of my pictures would work. He then helped me to properly place the image and sent me a preview. After approval, the item was sent and received really quickly. I was really blown away by the weight of the glass, the quality was stunning. I gifted this tonight to a friend, and I could tell immediately that this was a really special item for her. I would 100% order again and recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

My husband ordered a crystal as a gift and chose a photo that was a favourite of the recipient. Unfortunately the 3D effect of the crystal wasn't as impressive as one we had bought several years ago (from a different supplier), so Shaun happily agreed to either refund us or see if he could improve on the image. We were happy to see if it could be improved, so received a second crystal which had much more depth to it, but had lost some of the detail of the first one. Again Shaun was quick to respond and offer a refund and an explanation. We then realised that the photo we had sent was not a great choice for 3D imaging and that Shaun had really done as much as he could to give us the best possible result. He still refunded us, proving that customer service truly is his priority. We are so grateful we are now looking to find a different photo that the recipient will still love, but is better suited to a 3D crystal image. Thank you Shaun. Five big gold stars from us. We will happily use your services again.
