Lovely product but the writing on it (keyring) was very small and quite hard to read. They made me a replacement no quibble and super fast brilliant would definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed.

I bought a 3D heart engraving. On ordering it said you could review before buying. I did this, and when I was shown the image I thought the face of my dad looked long and thin. So I replyed to the email telling them this and sending in another photo so they could see how he should look. They then sent me another email showing me again, and that looked fine. They told me if I wasn't completely satisfied I could return it. But when it came I was so pleased with it. I would definitely reccomend this company.
