Easy booking process for my boiler service.
Very pleasant and efficient young man Tom who serviced our boiler.
Previously the engineer could quickly check the amount in the oil tank corresponded with the Wi-Fi monitor,now I understand I have to make a separate appointment for this .I cannot climb up to check the oil amount in the tank myself.

Unfortunately this time you did not supply the quantity of fuel I had ordered and I was forced to phone you and ask why I had been delivered a smaller quantity than the quantity I had requested. It is a small iritation but as I work very hard to keep on top of our property and it's requirements I was disappointed.

Every year, from my initial phone enquiry to delivery of the fuel, Ford Fuels always provides competitive pricing and excellent Customer Service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Ford to service our 3 boilers for years now. This year, i found them to be extremely disorganised. They struggled to get the right people here as agreed totally missing one appointment with no contact prior or after. Now that their system seems to have gone digital, it also took two weeks to get the service reports sent over. Seem to me that prices keep going up whilst service standards slip. Ford have certainly let themselves down this year in my eyes.
