Ford Fuels Recensioni

Great service from start to finish. Quote was good and the staff knowledgable. Delivery was prompt and the guy was lovely. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Great service as always, delivered faster than quoted.

Ford Fuels staff are friendly and accommodating - always trying to meet the needs of their customers in the face of extraordinary turbulence in the energy provision business!

I have used Marsh fuels for several years , I find them always very helpful and they always provide good service even during the recent fuel crisis. They understand how the price increases are affecting us and try to accommodate our situation. I would highly recommend them

I wasn't present when the fuel was delivered.

Delivered on time and used access with care.

Our cottage is a difficult delivery as no access from road so fill up is across pub car park and then over a wall covered in ivy and hazel bushes. Previous supplier refused delivery but Ford Fuels on recommendation from village resident did the job very quickly. Cottage is an holiday let so supply of oil essential to keep punters warm and happy to spend money in the community.

All heating oil is expensive, so what differentiates different suppliers is the quality of their service. It's easy to order from Ford Fuel's very informative website, their deliveries are prompt and the delivery drivers second to none. Our oil tank is not easily accessed- our driver took that in his stride, took a solution-focussed approach and got the job done professionally with a friendly smile on his face throughout. Definitely recommend Ford fuels.

Always a first class service

Friendly voice at end of the phone Very prompt service. Would recommend.

Please don’t keep asking for these reviews, if I had a problem or complaint I would let you know. Thank

The engineer who did the boiler service was perfectly pleasant, but since he’s been my boiler has locked out three times. I’ve managed to get it going each time but because I’ve had a stroke I cannot bend down to re-affix the door onto the boiler. Had I not managed to restart the boiler we would have been without hot water or heating for three days.

Booking day and prompt delivery.
Good service all round.

Quick, easy and efficient at a competitive price

Your heating repair department is the most difficult business I have had the misfortune to encounter.
My company has been a customer for over 50 years I did not expect such rude and dismissive service.
I phoned to explain your engineer had not identified the underlying problem.
Your staff were less than professional and extremely unhelpful.
When I asked to be connected with your engineering manager, I was repeatedly refused and offered no alternative.
I have experienced many years of good service from your company, however, this has been very disappointing.
