I bought Aunt Flo's Drinking Chocolate for my daughter, and the Into the Wylde Lubricant for myself, and I can seriously say we cannot do without them. The hot chocolate is scrumptious and the lubricant is gentle and effective, such beautiful products and a good ordering process as well (timely despatch and well-arranged packing).

An amazing company which targets all my menstrual issues using all natural products. My experience using forage botanicals has been amazing and would recommend to anyone who prefers natural remedies!

I have used the belly balm and it has really helped me with cramps. The salts smell incredible & the teas are very calming and soothing as they say on the label.
Overall I highly recommend these products with general cramping and mood swings from pms.

I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling with their cycle to sign up for the plan. I'm happy I found Sarah and completed the program. I was struggling with my cycle and the pain. I really enjoyed using these products, a lot of herbal tinctures can be quite bitter but this range tastes nice! I love the belly balm and bath salts too.

The Moon Time Belly Balm from Forage Botanicals is a monthly saviour for me! The pain relief it offers is real, and mighty. I experience severe ovulation pain lasting several days, and breakthrough pain during the month with endometriosis and PCOS, as well as cramps during my period, and applying this is as effective, if not more, than ANY oral pain relief. It works well on the back, bum, and thighs as well - I recommend it to everyone!

My amazing friend kindly gifted me a Forage Botanicals 'Heavy Period' subscription. Knowing I have suspected endometriosis and with that around 2 weeks of pms and cramps before each period and a stinker of a heavy one when it does arrive.

The 'Heavy Period' kit contained three beautifully presented herbal mixes. The design of which even gave a relaxed feel to it visually.

Each bottle contains clear ingredients, and instructions on how to prepare your drinks, and also a description of what each product helps with in regard to your monthly cycle.

My 'Heavy Period' kit contained ‘Aunt Flo’s' raspberry & nettle raw drinking chocolate, ‘Rested Resilience' chai, an ‘Inner Goddess' herbal tincture and surprisingly there was also an added extra bag of ‘Rested Resilience’ which was a very kind touch.

‘Rested Resilience’ is for helping to fortify yourself while going through or having been through a stressful time. It contains ashwagandha and hawthorn. With this you mix with milk and heat to make a very warming chai. It’s like a hug in a mug and you can feel yourself calm as you drink it.

The second one is ‘Aunt Flo’s’ drinking chocolate. This contains raspberry leaf and nettle which is infused into raw cacao pieces. This is made in the same way. It makes a wonderfully warming hot chocolate which has a nice fruity kick to it. This is ideal for treating and is medicinal for helping rebuild yourself during and after a period. It is marketed mainly at those who are depleted by a heavy period in particular. Ideally this is taken in the first few days of a period.

The third product in the set was the ‘Inner Goddess’ drops. These are a herbal tincture of mugwart and rose which you add to a drink of your choice and drink each day of your cycle. This is useful for those with an irregular cycle.

It is a very floral taste so you don’t need more than is recommended, but with that it is very calming and relaxes you with each sip of your infused drink.

I’ve been using these 'Heavy Period' products for about a month or so now and absolutely adore them!

I love how they are all natural ingredients that have been blended to target issues that affect so many of us ladies and for the added stress that time of the month also often brings.

Using these products I’ve felt calmer this month and have slept amazingly well each time I drank ‘Aunt Flo’s' drinking chocolate or 'Rested Resilience'. I have to say, after trying these products this month my cramps have been a lot less in severity than normal during the pre-period stage.

Very Calming and soothing ingredients and makes for a very chilled time of the month indeed.

I'm not sure why but I "trusted" the words and guidance in the book (which I read 3x) but I did...had all the ingredients/Herbs so I gave it a shot, and so very glad I did!
Not one to write/post reviews, but I was so completely Amazed and Grateful! yesterday at the "instant relief" after making the herbal tea using the ingredients listed that I had to share my Joy!! Not only did the "discomfort" subside within about 10min but my whole body felt nourished and cared for even my mind felt more at ease and everything just seemed to "relax".

I just finished my 14-week treatment plan with Sarah L. from Forage Botanicals and I am so pleased with our work together. Sarah was kind, patient, thoughtful, helpful, organized, and intuitive. I reached out to Forage after a recommendation from my sister in law.
I was really struggling after the death of my mum and a miscarriage. I suffer from tinnitus and felt like my mental health was at an all time low.
